Curiosity Kills || Aurelia & Lillian
Aurelia didnât often wait around without a goal. That wasnât part of her deal. She got in, she got out, and she found something to keep her attention for the period of time between classes and sleeping. Even when she had classes, she sometimes found other things to do. Not in this case, though. She actually went above and beyond for cooking club. She wanted to learn how to cook, so she would be here, and she even stayed a few minutes after class to see how everyone elseâs product turned out.
It was when she noticed a girl remaining even after those few minutes that she became curious. She didnât pay much attention to the people in the club-- the only exception being the professor who instructed them (and even then, she sometimes couldnât keep her attention)-- which meant she couldnât remember the girlâs name. Another few minutes passed, and then again, the clock ticked. Eventually, she was certain at least fifteen minutes had passed, and she walked over to the near stranger, her curiosity piqued.
âWhat are you making?â She peered over the girlâs shoulder, noting the height difference and almost savoring it. Giving a relatively gentle tug on the girlâs pulled back hair, she added, âClub activities ended fifteen minutes ago.â
Maybe she should have started with that, though. Meh. It didnât really matter.
