The city, the city, the city, the flashing past us buildings are moving so fast they might be an infinite loop of the same buildings. I cry and tell everyone to slow down; that in space-time we can’t get a hold of the year we’re meant to be in (or jumping off) the buildings. Halt loudly called and finally it’s not too much to walk into one year & find again the same guide with the same caravan and same screaming kid (different people a little bit, but not too much). Each set of buildings is Legoland bright colours and we won’t be in one of them when it falls this time, I promise (yet I’m often in it when it comes to the time for it to fall). In the desert afterward the buildings flash past us so fast they might be an infinite loop.
Somehow from two different bookstores in two different states I have acquired two books that belonged to the same person..
If you're out there John Larrabee, hmu and we can talk about Tom Paine. Also I have your boarding pass from 2014 that you were taking notes on.

‘Dive in!’ the advertisement would say and then an electronic flyer or radio message that is meant to be a conversation but is more like a conversation that works. When you ask me what the cat wouldn’t have known I’m explaining how light bends through water and also maybe a little bit plumbing.(Like yes one foot out the door and if it wasn’t a real mermaid tail then why are we teasing it.) but then it is just you and I swimming. Explain a dream: someone could say and I’d tell them that I went skiing in the dry season and bobbed through succulents and low laying cacti. Explain a dream: and I’ve got you as my swimming instructor smiling and definitely doing bad things and once more explain a dream: it isn’t a nightmare. When you hold me in that one drowned room everything is fine — yes in the old cinema complex that questionable ballet lessons happen in that is much larger than I expected — and look, it’s pick up time already. In the dream (I shouldn’t say this, but) it’s often pick up time.
