So how are the NPCs affected?

im still workin on it so here's my messy explanation.

they are affected by Caine, and they have 3 changes or roles: 1. Neutral - nothin happens to them, they are still the same

2. Passive - NPCs who do no harm to the circus crew, but their main goal is to persuade them on going back to Caine

3. Aggressive - NPCs who are actively hunting down the circus crew. Their main goal is to capture them in whatever means

but wait, shouldn't Caine be the one who can just snap with his fingers and return the circus crew back to him? problem solved right? no, Caine cannot do that because of the code block that preventing him controlling the crew.

oh yeah also- ill be workin on their concept designs n such so stay tuned,, for now i hope,,
