@six--shots Junkrat shifted for the third time in about as many minutes, boredom starting to work a hole within his mind. The desert landscape was hot though rather comfortable for the Aussie. After all, he'd grown up in the heat, the sun a constant reminder that you were living. If you could feel the sun creating burned layers of skin on your back it was a good thing. Perhaps it was this climate adaptation that caused him to be paired up with the cowboy. Not many were keen on going to Route 66, especially those who grew up in colder climates. Jamie was clearly one of the few that minded. Now, they were stuck together on lookout duties. However, as the hours passed, Junkrat found that his eyes had wandered. He'd soaked in every last detail of the abandoned bar before he finally focused in on Jesse. An array of expressions crossed his face as he though of things to say. Eventually, he found himself blurting out a question. "Oi, how come y'wear a blanket all th'time? Y'always cold er somethin'?"

@justxcereigns Seeing Pharah in action for the first time in battle was amazing to the Aussie. The sound of explosions had caused him to stop in his tracks, confused at first as he looked over his weapon. He was sure he hadn’t fired off any grenades yet. When the noises continued, he had raced to the front of the group to find the source of the noise. When his eyes found her suit in the sky, rockets showering their opponents, Jamie knew he had to learn more. Her armor up close was fascinating. Sharp angles with hidden panels that contained herein dangerous ammo left him wide eyed. Junkrat had followed her around all day, desperate to visually understand how everything worked. By the time it was time for the team to finally go back to their base, the blonde was practically coming out of his skin with questions. Their aircraft had barely touched down before he was by her side, a grin on his face as he bounced in front of her. “Sheila that was bloody fantastic! The way y'just obliterated those baddies out there! Ohh God it was amazin’!” For a moment he went on and on, unaware of how visually excited he was.
@sxmmetryiskey Jamie chewed at his bottom lip, amber eyes looking over the teleporter with suspension. While the junker had been explained how the technology worked time and time again he still found himself apprehensive any time he had to use it. Everyone assured him it wasn't harmful, that there wasn't a way for him to end up at an undesired location. Still, his stomach filled with knots as he stepped closer to the tech. The blue glow caused him to squint a bit, though the portal itself gave off an inviting warmth. Sucking in a breath, Junkrat tried to silence his thoughts as he practically ran through the machine. He'd only realized he'd had his eyes closed when he came out on the other side. Blinking a few times, the Aussie giggled to himself as his nerves shed themselves from his body. It was then that he felt a pair of eyes on him. Whipping around he found the woman responsible for the teleporter. "Shit, y'scared me! What the hell y'doin' sneakin' up on me like that, eh sheila?"

I am… not a chronologically locked rp blog.
That means that if you talk to me to establish that we want to ship our muses, or have a particular relationship or type of report between them, I am 1: totally okay with multiple threads of varying length and styles with you and 2: will probably jump around in the supposed ‘timeline’ of our muses relationships in order to keep things interesting/ make ask prompts work.
For example, we may be writing an intro thread with our muses, but if you wanna send me a thing for like… a first kiss that may happen months down the line (and shipping is what ur up for) go ahead and do it! The way I see it, separate points on a timeline are FUN to RP because then you can look back later and figure out how they connected/ try to work in little details that make them flow together.
@weatheredsoldier Out of everything Jamie had participated in with the new Overwatch program, what he would never understand was training. Missions made sense; there were people in need, cities under attack by fascist organizations that needed saving. Weapon and medical checks were less interesting to him, though he could still see why some individuals might need them. Hell, even the board meetings seemed to have some use though he admittedly never paid any attention. But training? Training was a waste of time to the Aussie. Yet here he was, wearing a pair of sweat pants that his prosthetic leg had already started to shred and a tank top that felt too tight. An irritated look colored the junker's features as he listened to 76 lead the group in their daily exercises. Groaning to himself, Jamie struggled with keeping himself still. Finally he couldn't take it anymore. Raising his hand, Junkrat got the soldiers attention. "Yeah, uh, can I skip all this worky-outy shit t'day? I don't have a reason why I jus' don't wanna."
@widowskxss
There weren’t many things that the junker could honestly say he was afraid of. Deep water terrified him, though that was simply a fear of drowning. After all, heavy prosthetics didn’t exactly help when trying to swim. Rain had, at one time, been a fear. This had been largely in part of the acid rain that fell in his home land that could quite literally eat the skin off ones bones. Now it was a joy, a treat even.
Then there were snipers. Silent mercenaries that could take the life from your body without even being present on the scene. A few times in his life he had been met with this fear head on each time more horrifying than the last.
So when he felt a bullet wizz by, knicking the side of his face, Jamie all but screamed. Instead, he took cover, his usual tremor now amplified to a full fit of shakes. Shutting his eyes tight, the junker managed to click his comm and speak.
“S-sniper!”
@flashbang-up
Jamie had been watching through the glass of the gun range for about twenty minutes or so, amber eyes fixed on the gunslinger. From their first meeting the junker had been curious about Jesse McCree. His entire appearance down to the way he talked reminded the Aussie of the hero’s from old western movies that he’d sneak into at Junker outposts. Of course, those theaters had always been reserved for the men who ran the Outback so what memories he did have were few and far between. Perhaps that was what made him all that more mysterious and interesting.
Then there was his marksmanship. Both in the field and out, McCree could headshot like no one else. It was a talent that amazing Jamie. Watching the other like he was now, he observed that Jesse’s hands were still and his movements smooth. It was amazing to watch and after so long of being quiet, Junkrat couldn’t take it anymore.
“Oi! Y’re really good mate! How’d y'learn t'shoot so straight?” Jamie shouted, hoping the other man would hear him.

@igeonsagiya The junker had originally been on his way to the kitchen in search for food when he'd heard a commotion coming from Hana's room. From her language and phrases, she sounded like she was in the middle of battle, though he knew this couldn't be possible. After all, as nice as the teams quarters were, there was no way her room could accommodate her mech. Still, curiosity got the better of him and, even as his stomach protested, he tiptoed to her door. At first, Jamie placed his ear against the wood, frowning to himself as he tried to figure out what she was saying. Unfortunately for him, once she was back to talking at a normal volume, he could hardly make out anything through the door. Daring to be nosey, the Aussie slowly poked his head into her room, hoping he wouldn't get caught.
Open: Nervous Ticks
Jamie mindlessly clicked away at his spare detonator, unaware of his teammate’s eyes on him. The device wasn’t connected to anything and he’d made sure to wrap the handle of the object in duct tape so that, even if he were blindly pulling the switch from his belt, he’d know if it was the right one or not. The movement calmed him and gave him something to do. From dangerous experience, he’d found if he didn’t have anything to channel his fidgeting into he’d get himself into trouble. While the motion was good for him, he’d found that not everyone was settled by the act.
When he heard the clearing of a throat, Junkrat blinked a few times before looking at the person the noise had come from. It took him a moment to come back to reality, his thoughts that had drawn him from the present moment dissolving slowly. Giving a toothy grin, the Aussie lifted his brows in an open expression.
“Somethin’ th-matteh, mate?”
