i wish i had a sister. i had many brothers, but never a sister. i imagine it's okay, because i had friends. we squeal when we see each-other, we hug like share blood. she & i do not talk. i hear her squeal when she sees anyone else. & i hurt, because she sounds like an angel whose wings i will never feel. when we hug, due to expectations of a god, she winces. i think she sees me as living proof of a dead past, each time our souls are close. in my friends, i find sisterhood. in my sister, i cannot even find a friend. - V.R || eyesintheheat
