no im not venting lllllol
sometimes i draw for the sake of drawing because i have zero motivation and poorly developed creativity. look at my piece and sigh, look at someone elses, no its not envy. I notice the small details put in their work: color, composition, the idea and story in the art itself, maybe the way a hair strand is rotated and think to myself "oh i couldnt have thought about that!!" every part looks unique to me, i think im pretty good at analyzing. is there a way to help a person like me to think more abstract when drawing?? any kind of advice to get better without "letting it sit for a time until i feel the need to draw", because itve been sitting like this for over a year, any other time i drew ive forced myself through it. pushes me even closer to hate the process of drawing, something that was once the only thing i enjoyed.
hope someone sees this
