Suzanne is my favorite character because it’s made clear that she’s mentally ill but she is portrayed as an actual person. She’s got levels of depth, introspection and emotion that mentally characters are almost never shown to have. I love seeing examples of mentally ill people being portrayed as actual human being as opposed to just applying every stereotype of what it means to be “crazy".
