Instead of the Gregorian Calendar, this world uses a different kind of system to tell the date. Instead of twelve months, there are only seven periods.
Runestun, the first period. It is a season of winter, where the entire world is enveloped in the blankets of snow. There are 17 days in this period.
Lunuven, the second period. The six moons which represent the six overlords of this world all oversee this world for different days of this period. These overlords gather on the twelfth day, and they call this the βLuna Summitβ. Afterwards, the annual Lune Festival is celebrated to commemorate the overlords. There are 31 days in this period.
Konyuren, the third period. As the days go by, the winds strengthen and there is not a day where the air doesn't tug at your body. There are 22 days in this period.
Senarvei, the fourth period. To commemorate the dearly departed, they have the Hanju Festival. People commonly write letters and burn them as it is said they will go to the receiver no matter where they may be. There are 20 days in this period.
Blunhaze, the fifth period. Reminiscent to summer, the sun hugs the world and fills it with its warm touch. There are 29 days in this period.
Cyentin, the sixth period. Love is in the air as the Moonrose Festival is celebrated. Confessions, anniversaries, love letters, it is rumored that on the twenty-seventh day, if someone is successfully courted underneath the moonlight in a rose garden, they shall be happy together until their last breaths. There are 28 days in this period.
Launreux, the seventh period. Night never falls, and the rays of the sun are shown throughout all the hours of the day. The Dawn Festival is held for good harvest and to celebrate living. There are 21 days in this period.
