2 : What made you choose your muse?
besides the fact that i adore glados with everything i am, she fits my muse type. sarcastic narc assholes who have god–complexes lol
3 : Is there anything challenging about writing your muse?
several things. mostly just when she’s put into a situation where she encounters someone she actually likes. i’ve never been really sure how to make her genuine about things. most of her personality is severe sarcasm and apathetic detachment. i don’t know how to go about writing her actually liking someone without is seeming forced.
4 : Is there anything enjoyable about writing your muse?
EVERYTHING OH MY GOD even the aforementioned difficulties is fun because she’s just…..a joy. i especially love writing her angry. or outside the mainframe. both of which are really entertaining.
5 : What has been your favourite thread?
of all time? well, there was this really sick thread i had going with a chell a while back that entailed glados being seperated from the mainframe, and having to survive in the “human” world. she was very depressed without aperture and it was fucking incredible to write.
6 : Do you have any roleplaying pet peeves?
people who don’t realise what mutuals only means. and people who unfollow and refollow repeatedly if you don’t follow them back the first time. insta–block shit right there.also, people who don’t read my fucking rules and expect me not to know right off that they haven’t. i don’t have any sort of password but nine times out of ten, i can tell when someone hasn’t read them.
7 : What is your preferred roleplaying style and why? (semi para/para/mirror etc)
one–liners or full para. no in–between, honestly.
8 : If you knew your muse in RL would you be friends or enemies?
friends? loosely? i’m not really sure honestly. i think she’d tolerate me? no matter what i say here i’m shooting myself in the foot so
9 : Is there a certain writing style or colloquialisms you have to use for you muse that changes from your own?
not really. the only thing that really changes is that the prose is usually more in her mindset rather than my own, which is usually the case for most muses i write, if i’m honest. it makes one feel like you’re reading something the muse would think / feel rather than what i’d like you to know they think / feel.
10 : Have you picked up any of your muses habits?
i had them long before i took on glados, honestly. we share the habits of finger–tenting & crossing ones’ arms behind their back. also the head cocking.

major, and no. i chose glados because i felt a connection with her tbh

yes. i try.

not really. glados’s timeline is kind of up in the air at this point thanks valve but i’ve made some minor estimates / drawn some conclusions in order to keep continuity & make things more clear on–blog.

canon location. she is constantly trapped within her housing chamber. i’ve made it..work over the years that i’ve played her but it makes it rather hard to interact with some other muses, as i’ve had to come up with reasons as to why they’re in her chamber / within aperture. it’s never fun

not particularly. i still gush over her every time i see her so it’s really no different lol
