Would you have any idea why I picked up KGO of San Francisco on the stock 66 VW radio in Seattle. I realize this is radio not tv but I have never got a answer. It lasted about 6 months. Thanks
KGO in San Francisco is a 50,000 watt AM station. At night, AM radio waves bounce off the ionosphere and can be heard at great distances. These 50,000-watt stations are called “clear-channel” frequencies and their night-time signals are protected from interference.
