I’m all about self discipline and “the dust yourself off and get your shit together”approach. However, it’s not efficient if you do that by bullying yourself.

You can be kind on your growth journey. You can find consistency and rest. You don’t need to hate yourself to skinny, or punish yourself when you miss something. The important thing is that you get back UP.
