You earned that weight off. Don’t reward yourself with food, it completely defeats the purpose. Candy, junk food, giant dinners aren’t the way to congratulate yourself on /losing/ weight. Add to this post if I missed something.

How I changed in the last 4 weeks
• I used to eat bread all the time. Now I avoid it as much as I can • I don’t even feel like eating chocolate anymore • The only coffee I drink is americano while I used to drink those packed ones with hella lot of sugar and milk • I hate being full. This is not normal for me anymore. • Working out even though I’m starving is normal • I sometimes eat only 200 calories. I thought that 1200 was a very low number. What a joke. • I drink a lot. a lot. a lot. • I have this urge to step on the scale several times a day. • There’s nothing I’d love to see more than getting below 70kg. I want this 6 in front so bad it hurts so much I can’t believe. • I’d do probably anything to save even 50 calories. I’ve never been so eager for a goal.
