✨New item!✨ Captain's Coat Armor (studded leather), uncommon (requires attunement)
Functional and fashionable, this long pirate captain’s coat is reinforced for combat and draws the eyes to its ornate design. While wearing this coat, you have proficiency in navigator’s tools and vehicles (water). If you are already proficient in one of these tools, your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses that proficiency.
Multiple pockets are hidden on the inside of the coat, able to conceal up to one cubic foot or 30 pounds of Tiny objects and weapons with the Light property. A creature attempting to search your person must succeed on a DC 13 Intelligence (Investigation) check in order to discover the hidden pockets.
Cap’n Cusstooth of the Cussin’ Corsair could kill a man dead with that mouth o’ his. - 🖌🎨 Like our work? The Vampire Bloodline - Homebrew Sorcerer Subclass by Nines
It may not be a grimdark sourcebook or a hemonomicon, but a vampire subclass is as good a starting point as any for blood magic.
Normally I'd stuff this description full of puns, but frankly I don't have any good ones for you to sink your fangs into. So I'll just cut it short here before it bleeds me dry.
As always, feedback is appreciated, links are in the reblogs.
✨New item!✨ Wings of the Raven Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement by a cleric or paladin)
This long black cloak is made from raven plumage, and is a gift from the Goddess of Death to her most devout servants.
Sentience. Wings of the Raven is a sentient lawful neutral cloak with an Intelligence of 14, a Wisdom of 16, and a Charisma of 15. It has hearing and darkvision out to a range of 120 feet, and its passive Perception is 18. The cloak communicates telepathically with its wielder and can speak, read, and understand Common, Elvish, Sylvan and Abyssal.
Personality. A fey spirit named Fin Dòmhnallan inhabits the Wings of the Raven. The cloak is protective and inquisitive. It demands that its wielder follow the Goddess of Death's will, and to always take a trinket or memento from the fallen as tribute to her.
Twilight Bond. You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this cloak. This bonus increases to +2 when you are in dim light or darkness.
Death Sense. While wearing the cloak, your awareness of life and death is greatly enhanced. While you are within 30 feet of a creature that you can see, you are able to tell if it is healthy (more than half hit points), bloodied (less than half hit points), dying (zero hit points), diseased, dead, undead or neither (such as a construct). This ability cannot be deactivated while wearing this cloak, knowledge of life and death becomes your constant companion.
Corvid Comradery. While wearing this cloak you can communicate with ravens and crows, and you have advantage on Charisma checks to influence them.
Raven Form. As an action while wearing this cloak, you can use your Channel Divinity to shapechange into a giant raven. The transformation lasts until you use a bonus action to return to your normal form, or until you drop to 0 hit points or die. Your statistics are replaced with the statistics of a giant raven, but you retain your alignment, personality, languages, hit points, proficiency bonus and Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. You also retain all of your skill and saving throw proficiencies, in addition to gaining those of a giant raven. You can cast any spells that don’t require material components with a cost while in giant raven form. Your equipment merges into your new form and has no effect until you return to your normal form. You still benefit from the cloak’s magical properties while in giant raven form. The giant raven uses the statistics of a giant eagle, but it has darkvision out to 120 feet, resistance to necrotic damage, bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks, and its natural attacks deal an extra 1d8 radiant or necrotic damage (your choice). This extra damage is increased to 2d8 against undead or creatures with less than half of their maximum hit points. If you reduce a creature to 0 hit points while in giant raven form, you can take a bonus action to move up to half your speed and make a melee attack. Additionally, necromantic magic is suppressed within 60 feet of your giant raven form. Undead creatures have disadvantage on saving throws and a creature attempting to cast a spell from the school of necromancy must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or the spell fails while within this area.
Those who have proven themselves dedicated to preserving the sanctity of mortality are blessed with dark insight and formidable might. The Goddess of Death calls upon her champion to hunt necromancers and their abhorrent, death-defying spawn. Where her gaze falls the land darkens under the wings of a thousand ravens and undead creatures cower in the unkind shadows. - 🖌🎨 Like our work? Krillowatts – Small swarm of Tiny elementals, unaligned
The krillowatts aren’t solely carried by the currents of the waters they thrive in but also by those of their own electrified body. Traversing their habitat in loosely scattered swarms, they constantly emit weak pulses of elemental magic forming an overarching network. Not only do they use said network to exchange information but also to coordinate their highly complex movements in order deter or potentially terminate any predator getting too close. Inexperienced seafarers are advised to strictly keep their distance: the krillowatts literally overflow with energy ready to be released in a bursting wave of destructive power.

“So you remember that tragic part of your backstory?”
✨New item!✨ Hammer of the Thundersmith Weapon (warhammer), legendary (requires attunement)
When you hit with an attack using this magic warhammer, the target takes an extra 1d6 thunder damage. If the creature is made of metal or wearing metal armor, you can force the creature to make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the thunderous blow reverberates throughout the metal and disrupts the creature’s actions. The creature is deafened and has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the end of your next turn. If a creature already under this effect fails the saving throw a second time, it also becomes stunned for the duration.
This hammer allows you to forge creatures of elemental air, such as air elementals and invisible stalkers. If you provide 200 gp worth of tin for each point of the intended creature’s CR (e.g. tin worth 1,000 gp is required to create a CR 5 air elemental), and forge it for 1 hour with this hammer, make a DC 17 Strength (Smith’s Tools) check. On a success, the tin sublimates into the intended creature. On a failure, the tin is destroyed and the process fails. If you attempt to create a creature with a CR greater than half of your player level (rounded down), the process fails. A creature created using this hammer is an ally to you and your companions. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you) and undergoes any task you give it to the best of its abilities. It remains under your control for 1 year, after which point it gains the freedom to act however it desires. It may seek revenge against its creator for subjecting it to a year of servitude, ally itself with those who showed it compassion, or vanish from the material plane altogether. The creature disappears if it drops to 0 hit points. You can maintain control over a number of forged creatures equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down) at the same time. For each creature created by this hammer that is currently under your control, the DC to create a new creature increases by 1, and additional tin worth 1,000 gp is consumed by the process.
This mighty hammer is a relic from the thundersmiths of yore, who forged an army of roaring wind for their stormlord lieges. The stormlords swept the land with elemental force, toppling kingdoms and reshaping the continent in a ferocious gale before vanishing all at once.
As the smith worked the tin, it began to grow softer, almost pillowy and lighter in color. It ballooned outwards in size, and rippled when struck, as if a condensed bubble of air grew inside of the ingot. Within minutes of working it, the metal seemed to become translucent and bounce on the anvil with each blow. Undaunted by this bizarre transformation, the smith continued to strike the tin, calculating each hammerblow with mysterious intent. As if an invisible reaction had reached its climax, the tin expanded suddenly. The smith stepped back and jammed a finger in each ear. The nearly invisible balloon of tin lifted off of the anvil and hovered for a second before bursting tremendously. From within, a being of whipping wind and cloud emerged: the process was complete. - 🖌🎨 Like our work? ~ Beautiful Magnolias swaying in a fountain
Armored Gloves Owned by Emperor Maximilian, (1459-1519), Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire.
d10 fantasy dresses/fancy outfits
The bodice is made of puffy clouds, with off shoulder sleeves. The skirt is a rain shower, constantly dripping down but disappearing mid calf/before it hits the ground
At first look this dress seems likes it’s made of impossibly dark velvet, however if you watch it for a while you will see faint stars, comets, and other astronomical phenomena pass over it. Tight along the body, with a high neck that curls out just below the chin and long pointed sleeves. The skirt is tight until the knees, where it flares out to the ground, with a slight train in the back.
This dress is made up of gently draped soft ferns, grasses, and moss. It smells of wildflowers and while wearing it you will always have a clouds of butterflies hovering around.
This dress seems by far the most simple, a long, silvery, slinky gown; however, if you press your palms together behind you back then flare them out and up, moth wings will appear and you will be able to fly for short periods.
This cloak is a myriad of colours, made of ever shifting beetles. The colours change as light hits it differently (always green, gold, sometimes blue, and a few hints of pink, purple and orange) and as the beetles change positions. At the end of the night (or for spectacle’s sake) you can clasp you hands in front of your chest and the beetles will all fly into the air before bursting like tiny magical fireworks. Underneath is a simple white silken slip dress with green beetles embroidered along the bottom edge. (No beetles were harmed in the making of this dress, they were all magically made)
An embroidered velvet gown, the panels of the skirt each depicting a different stained glass scene. They change as the story plays out.
A shirt and pants combo made of flexible bronzed metal. The back is an intricate mess of gears and wires, and there are hinges at each of your joints that clicks and hisses as you move.
A multi-hued wrap dress, with wizard sleeves and a v-neck. As the skirt flares out it changes colours, shifting like a sunset, changing faster the quicker you spin. Along with it are a pair of bronze high heeled boots. If you drag the toe along the ground while spinning they will kick up a spray of sparks.
A form fitting jumpsuit made of a light silvery metal that glows a pale light when in darkness. Overtop is a see through iridescent skirt that looks like it was made of spider webs
A prismatic dress with an a-line high-low skirt and a stiff high v neck collar. Best worn when there are magical lights as it will scintillate and cause rainbows to appear around you.
