⋯ █ ☠ ⋮ ⊱ The area he was forced to inhabit was infested with strangers he didn’t know, and wasn’t interested in. Every time he caught someone staring at him or noticed that someone wanted to start a conversation with him, he would instantly move away to save himself and his brain from having to listen to nonsense. There was nothing more he hated than idle chitchat. Every public area he visited had at least one individual in it, much to his annoyance. A sigh escaped his lips. What a pain. He just wanted to be alone and give himself some time to think about his next actions. As he walked past the busy kitchen, he made his way to his next destination. Pushing the big wooden door open with his gloved hand, he entered the library and looked around. The assassin was greeted by complete silence. Music to his ears.
Placing the cigarette between his lips, he took out a lighter from his pocket and lit the tip of his stick. He took a deep breath before pulling the lit cigarette away from his mouth, and then blowing out a large cloud of smoke. It didn’t matter that he was currently standing in the library. As long as he didn’t set the books on fire, people had no right to complain about it. The sound of books falling caused him to turn around. Damn. He wasn’t alone. “Just come out already. I ain’t interested in your games.” The hitman took another drag.
—↯ Still ever the wanderer she had been since a little one, the purpose of her journey around each area had been to scout out one other person - or perhaps even persons if her luck had been shooting through the roof! Visits to almost every area had been done, except for one: the library. Best spots for last, obviously! However the moment the yordle had hopped through the door she'd realised it was almost completely empty. Perhaps no one just likes reading a good book! Such a shame, really.
Beginning to go along one of the bookshelves, her eyes were focused on the collection of books at the very top and not in front-- causing a small pile of books to fall over onto the ground once bumping into them. ..Oopsies. Well, it'd be easy enough to put them back up.. or it would be, if a man hadn't then called out to Lulu, making her peek out from around them and for the time being completely forgetting about even putting them back on the shelf.
"Haha! Shouldn't you have fire somewhere else where it can't cause it's own mischief?" The idea of playing a game with the other hadn't come across her mind yet surprisingly, but he did start making the yordle think up a few juuust for him...
