Valerie’s sleeve lifts to her mouth as she hides a giggle, tilting her head and allowing some of her dark hair to fall across one shoulder. “at a young age, i met with the fae. and they gave me something irreplaceable ... the ability to see into their world. all it took was a little swapping of the eyes.”

And that’s why hers are pitch black - They’re inhuman. “it was a painless process for the first twenty seconds!”

He rarely had any difficulty finding a date, but so rarely did he truly ever care for them. Most women, and by most he meant all but one, were horribly disappointing creatures similar to their male counterparts, albeit in different ways.

“ I hope you find happiness with someone for as long as your life lasts. That is all any of us want at the end of the day.”

It was a bit of a tricky subject for the two of them -- But even talking so casually about it made it feel like there was a future where such a thing was possible. She knew she’d have to find someone, anyone who tolerated the speeches she had with the fae and her long, strange rituals -- And he had to find someone that wouldn’t be too afraid of the spotlight, and the recognition.

Valerie offers Lysander a smile, bright and cheerful as all her other ones. It’s not foreseeable for me, she thinks, but maybe for you.

“teehee! isn’t that true! it’s all we could want in the end ...”

Swaying a bit on her high heels, Valerie’s pitch black eyes focus on something else - A corner of the room where there was seemingly no one sitting. “missis right is out there for both of us. i’m sure of it. that’s what They’re whispering right this moment.”

And with that she hands Steven a letter marked with a Sylveon stamp. "it's of utmost importance that you give this to a carbink for me."

He opens his mouth for a moment. “I’m not-” He takes the letter and blinks. “…Oh- you were talking about my Carbink…?”

Carbink pops out of the ball, bouncing happily as their trainer leans down and gives them the letter. After receiving it, Carbink chimes and makes a happy face up towards the fae master.

An Autumn based kimono, a furisode in this case, kind of ahahha;; There isn’t much to say about this piece! It’s a furisode from more or less end of the Edo period and beginning of Meiji. The sash on the bottom of her obi was a common accessory used back then though its popularity has faded throughout time! The character name’s is Kosuzu (小鈴), and that’s pretty much it!!
