I played Ocean in Opera Wyoming’s production of Ride The Cyclone ❤️

I love how basically each and every ride the cyclone production ships Jane with another character. Sometimes it’ll be SpaceDolls (Like McC*rter theatre) and other times it’s SugarDolls (Like Opera Wyoming). I just find it funny how almost each and every one of them just throws Jane into a “relationship” (most only hint at it or are platonic but still😤)

Tell me I’m wrong. I dare you.

Some funny story that happened during a performance like something that went wrong?

So during a performnace out gigantic cat toys got tangled and it looked SO COOL. Like seriously something we could never recreate. SABM was just so stressful in general that quick change had us all sweating 😂

I LOVED YOUR PRODUCTION BOOT. Ocean headcanons, thoughts, anything. I just want to ask one of the first questions lmao

So one thing about me as an actor, I didn’t feel that it’s my place to make up headcannons because for me it can muddy the line between them & me. I did connect some dots when it came to things written in the script though. For example, when Constance mentions pizza night it tears Ocean apart because I had decided that’s something Ocean would come participate in and it meant a lot to Ocean because she doesn’t feel tied to her family. Constance’s whole monologue had meaning for me. In the beginning when C talks about feeling ashamed, and judging her parents, Ocean finally understood and shared that shame/ realizing she’s played a part in Constance feeling this way. On the other side of that she also feels intense love and pride when Constance mentions loving being in the choir, halloween, pizza night, and the happier parts of her life. Ocean got to be there for those as well and even made some of them happen. It’s the first time she’s able to see both sides and finally accept that she’s not the one who should go. I believe when Ocean starts singing in sugar cloud she has accepted what she’s done ❤️❤️

I couldn't stop thinking about @its-unicowen-blog 's hc in which Penny had a huge crush on Constance but then when she died and became Jane even though she had lost her memory SHE WAS STILL IN LOVE WITH HER

LIKE, THE GIRL DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HER OWN NAME BUT STILL SHE WAS THE MOST LESBIAN GIRL IN TOWN

Also, fun fact, I wasn't planning to write those lyrics but that song started playing while I was drawing so I thought it could look good.

Hello!!! I recently played Ocean O’Connell Rosenberg in Opera Wyomings production of Ride The Cyclone!! I have literally never used tumblr so I don’t know what I’m doing but as my beautiful love Jess said I am in denial that the show is over and I need more RTC content in my life :p
