I tried that pause art challenge samdoesarts made, and this is the result!
This was also me migrating to Krita (I was using Corel Painter Essentials 8 before). The reason is basically I wanted a way to automatically record my process for free.

My first ever silksong fanart! Once I saw the Bellbeast sleeping, and remembered how they react to Hornet playing the needolin, I just needed to draw it!!!!
So as you can see from the date, I forgot to post this for a while, but even though I can already see some mistakes again, I've decided to just push through and post it already!
It took about 10 hours to get it looking this good, but I've learned a lot (I chose the pose as a challenge to myself specifically), and I really enjoyed most of the process.
All in all, I am incredibly proud of this piece, as despite being quite outside of my comfort zone, imo it turned out pretty great!

This is Kavics (or Pebble in english), a gnome sorcerer from our dnd campaign.
He got his name from our very first session, when we had to climb down a well, and his player rolled a nat 1, and he fell into the water and almost drowned.
This is an old piece I made of my dnd character, Rue (she is a half elf rouge)
