Time always exposes what you mean to someone
Someday you will look back at all the progress you’ve made and be so glad you didn’t give up when you felt like that was your only option.
Isn’t it wonderful how you’re always finding new songs and new books and new shows and new hobbies and new places and new people to fall in love with? There will always be things to love, as long as you stick around to find them.
Tips for Building a Healthy Self-Esteem
1. Pay attention to any physical needs.
2. Carve out relaxation time.
3. Spend time with people who like you, and who get you.
4. Take time to feel proud of the things you have achieved.
5. Decide and enforce healthy boundaries.
6. Allow yourself to openly disagree with others.
7. Decide on your own goals – and then go after these.
8. Allow yourself to fail, and sometimes make mistakes.
“We never believe we’re beautiful, no matter how many times we hear it. We never believe it until someone says it in the right way.”
— Francine Prose (via resqectable)
“Life is like a camera. Focus on what’s important. Capture the good moments, develop from the negatives, and if things don’t work out, take another shot.”

“I think that you find your own way. You have your own rules. You have your own understanding of yourself, and that’s what you’re going to count on. In the end, it’s what feels right to you … Not what anybody else tells you.”
— Meryl Streep (via thoughtkick)
“I learned not to trust people; I learned not to believe what they say but to watch what they do. I learned to suspect that everyone is capable of living a lie. I came to believe that other people - even when you think you know them well - are ultimately unknowable.”
— Lynn Barber (via perfeqt)
