I'm really wondering if Ugly Tim will bring Back's friend Connor at any point soon?
Like Buck gave Connor and his wife the baby that they wanted so BAD, and I was thinking if like Ugly Tim will bring the kid to Buck by writing something like, Connor got in accident and passed away and Buck felt so sad that he comes to the kid's life, taking care of him and Connor's wife. OR Connor AND his wife passed away and Buck going to take care of the kid and become the father figure that he always wanted it and found it with Bobby.
I don't know, I kinda wanted it and don't at the same time. But we don't really know, just expect anything from Ugly Tim.

Lawsuit: Eddie was upset he couldn’t call Buck to get him out of jail and that Christopher missed him. Not once checking in on Buck to see how he was doing after being crushed by a fire truck, getting caught in a tsunami, and losing his job essentially. All within a short period of time.
*the lawsuit prevented him from reaching out, yes, but even after, he held a grudge and didn’t think to check in on his best friend. Eddie just berated him for his actions and never once apologized for calling Buck exhausting.
The will: probably hottest take of them all, but this was actually so manipulative imo. Because yes he was trying to get Buck to stop treating himself like he was expendable, but there were other ways. Looking back on that scene with fresh eyes, it’s basically Eddie saying Buck has to live so that he can take care of Christopher if Eddie can’t. “I need you to live so you can replace Shannon if I die,” is now what I hear in that scene.
Meeting Tommy: Eddie didn’t invite Buck along to trivia which Buck would’ve been great at. Basically just forgot Buck existed for a hot minute (example: scene where Eddie’s presumably on the phone with Tommy and flat out ignores Buck to his face) and instead used him as a babysitter.
Leaving for Texas: obviously at this point we’ve all heard about this one. But he accused Buck of spying and not being supportive of him. Once again talking about how it affected Eddie and not Buck.
*yes obviously I know Eddie is probably struggling with his move to Texas and rightfully so. He’s allowed to feel that. But in moments where he could’ve at the very least asked how Buck was doing he instead guilt tripped Buck for getting in the way.
Sorry @moonydanny for kinda stealing your thunder a bit with the whole idea of reexamining their relationship. I absolutely would still love to read any and all of your thoughts. Plus this was a very quick rant about the examples I could think of off the top of my head 🙂↕️ I know you would have so many additional perspectives that would add to this discussion. Especially if you rewatch the series with that goal in mind 🫶🏼🫶🏼
