For two years now we know that she abused Johnny, yet everyone keeps ignoring it. Today Johnny made a claim in court papers which he can proof with photos. there also are a lot of other things that proof her abuse:

when they were on their honeymoon Johnny was greeting fans and got annoyed by that

she hits him multiple times during that stupid Overhaulin’ episode he did specially for her

she pulled him away from his fans at a Japanse airport in 2013 (notice how she really pulls him and just refuses to let go)

she also pulled him away while he was in the middle of a conversation with someone at the hollywood film awards in 2015

she taunted him on instagram by posing with her fist and adding a comment about ink (referring to his former slim tattoo) she had made countless of refs to him in interviews in such, still taunting him

she can’t do an interview without mentioning him, bullying him

Eyewitness, photographic, and previous sworn testimony will be presented to the court.”

Added Waldman, “Regarding the confidentiality agreement of which Ms. Heard’s counsel complains, Ms. Heard started violating it before the ink dried, first with a statement, and soon after with a domestic violence PSA asking ‘how is this happening to me?’ purporting to give advice to real victims. More breaches followed.”

Waldman confirmed to Newsweek that court proceedings into the abuse allegations will take place in November in Britain. Depp’s team intends to submit evidence proving Heard “faked” all allegations of abuse. Depp’s camp will present “clear evidence of the violence committed serially against him by Ms. Heard and the serious injuries that he suffered,” Waldman added.

Waldman concludes, “Ms. Heard’s lawyer publicly claimed Ms. Heard has unconsulted witnesses, but none have materialized. We would like to hear, and believe the public should hear, what, if anything, such ‘witnesses’ have to say, so that those statements may be held to account against our imminent court filings.”

Wow. I feel terrible that I thought Johnny Depp was the abuser. I made the same mistake with Evan Peters, thinking he was the abuser, and not Emma Roberts. Amber Heard is horrible!

Okay so first of all I want to make it very clear that I don’t blame anybody for believing Johnny was guilty. Nobody’s perfect and everyone makes mistakes.

That being said we must never forget that

We do nobody any JUSTICE when we RUSH TO JUDGMENT.

We only succeed in hurting innocent people in a way that cannot be undone.

The court of public opinion is a terrible place to look for Justice. No to mention, THIS is just another one of so many reasons why so many of us scream at the top of the mountain that

EVERYONE GETS DUE PROCESS.

I mean even the people we don’t like deserve due process if for no other reason than to protect ourselves should we find ourselves in the same boat.

Until we have all the evidence we can’t be 100% sure. THERE’S ALWAYS A CHANCE THAT WE CAN BE WRONG.

Even if someone wants to do the spiel about there not being enough arrest/ convictions, putting an innocent man in a jail DOSE NOT take a guilty man off the street.

I can’t stress enough that we should never take accusations like these as a proof guilt because we can not turn the clock back.

it shows us that Pokemon does look different in “real” life compared to how media portrays them. Because look at those balloons on the back. Look at the Jigglypuff one compared to the “real” Jigglypuff here.

It’s interesting because even in our society, we draw certain animals differently and more simplified, and “cuter” than the real ones in a lot of cases.

I just really appreciate this -realistic- approach of Pokemon because it show how detailed the world idea is in that universe. By showing this bit it kinda shown how developed their world is in comparison to ours!

I was really confused because people have been complaining about how all of the female characters from Overwatch have the same face and I’ve never really seen it that way so I went and did a study on their face shapes and structures by tracing reference lines over official art of them and they are literally all different. They have different face shapes and facial structures, different eye shapes, even different eyebrows so no, the Overwatch artists are definitely not ‘reusing the same female model’ as so many people have been saying. Overwatch is an awesome game with great representation and diversity and I hate to watch it get shit on like this.

Its okay to be critical of something but not to the point where people are harassing the artists and creators over it on Twitter. That team works really hard and deals with a lot of harassment from fans and should be given some well deserved credit.

To any fanartists who see this post, feel free to use this image as a reference for fanart so that you can get the face shapes and stuff on point, and also, y’all overwatch fanartists rock.

Edit: I know someone is going to reblog this with that gif (you know the one) but I’d like to point out that 1.That gif is incredibly cherry-picked and specifically leaves out characters with seriously different faces like Zarya. 2. The womens faces are angled specifically to downplay unique facial structures and shapes. 3. The gif was made to move quickly to make the faces seem to blur together on purpose because considering the creator cherry-picked the hell out of the gif I wouldn’t put it passed them to make it extra fast (so that you don’t have time to pick out differences) just to make their point valid (even though in the gif you can still see that not everything lines up perfectly). - Thanks

Yes, most of the jawlines and lips are pretty similar, but there are many differences with each face. Some have a stouter face than others, some have their eyes set lower, some have bigger ears than others, some have noses that are long… it can go on tbh

Also, to compare Widow and Ashe, Widow’s jawline curves smoothly, while the ‘angle’ of Ashe’s jaw is more prominent.

For reference sake:

Ashe, Moira, Symmetra, and Zarya have a more prominent angle to their jawline, while the others have varying degrees of a smooth curve from the ‘mental protuberance’ to the ‘ramus’.

This… this is a red herring.

A red herring is something that misleads or distracts from a relevant or important issue. It may be either a logical fallacy or a literary device that leads readers or audiences towards a false conclusion.

They want you to think Sylvanas is evil and working with the Old Gods, that’s the basic conclusion.

But in reality Sylvanas is just holding the empty blade of the black empire, with no Xal’atath inside of it.. because you the player character, along with best intentions, and Magni, release it.. You bring the empty blade to your Warchief who understands now that there are bigger problems to contend with.. innocent enough right?

But you, the duped fanbase, think that Sylvanas is evil and when it’s proved that low and behold she’s not the fanbase will freak out because they were mislead, it happens every time.. People will cry out in anguish about how things were retconned due to mass backlash (that’s not it, they have had this story burning in the fires all along), instead of realizing they may have been duped all along and they just went along with the most basic conclusion..even more so some people just want a reason to hate Sylvanas and they will accept anything that points in the direction that they are justified in their hatred.

Anyways, yeah.. this means nothing. We will all laugh in the end when this was all just a reason to freak out over nothing.
