Whatever They Say // Junsu & Victoria
“Damn it Victoria you need to stop with these scandals or so help me!”
Vic rolled her eyes once more at her father’s ultimate phrase. Every time she was asked to his chambers it was always the same conversation. Stop the scandals, be a good citizen, stop being on the tabloids, you are a brat, on and on and on Vic found it funny how she could make Wonbin so pissed that he would be red in the face by the time she waved and walked out of the chambers with a simple, “I’ll try harder next time Wonbin.”
Blowing out a puff of air she walked directly to her room since she could already feel the guards following behind her. Same tricks, new day. Closing the door behind her Vic walked over to her laptop and began typing away looking for what was the newest club opening or if they were having any specials at the regular clubs she frequents.
Half-way through her research her phone goes off, reading the name off as Prince Charming <3, Vic answers with a smile, “To what do I owe the pleasure Prince Charming.”
Raising an eyebrow at his words Vic can’t help, but laugh “Very well then, come sweep me off my feet. I’ll be ready by then. Bye love.”
Leaving her phone on her desk she pulls out a duffle bag an begins to pack shorts, tank tops, bathing suits, cover-ups, sunscreen, sunglasses, flip flops, wedges, toiletries and undergarments. Throwing in a book and make up bag as well she double checks she has everything before closing it and hoping out of the door she find her father, he would definitely love to hear what his little princess will be doing and who she will be doing it with.
Victoria was always a pleasant surprise for him whether because she brought a little enthusiasm to his boring life or because he could always rely on her to go with anything he wanted them to do. Knowing her, she was dying to leave the palace as well and he was going to boast and assume he was a good company too - not to mention the fact that he was probably the most responsible person she knew. A good influence, some would say even if Junsu knew better.
The next day, his bags are outside, near the main door, ready to be taken to the prince's private jet. He's taking two just in case and he had friends telling him that he's worse than a girl whenever he travels, but he likes to be sure he has everything he needs. When he walks down the stairs, putting on his jacket, he motions for one of the employees to take them out and instructs the first maid one last time about what to do while he's out.
His aunt doesn't visit him in the morning - which is great because he's not in the mood for an early headache - and he enters the jet right after greeting the pilot. The trip is be short given the transportation he's using and he made sure to text Victoria before he boarded as well. He has permission to land in Heukyang, specifically within the palace's grounds.
He never really feels awkward whenever he goes there and they know he doesn't need a red carpet or dozens of people greeting him the moment he gets out of the jet. So he goes down the stairs and takes off his sunglasses while looking at the girl who walks out. He gives her a gentle yet cheeky smile and waits for her to get closer so he can properly greet her; after all it's been a while.
"Glad you could make time for me, Victoria."
