THE PLOT

“On the seventy-fifth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that even the strongest among them cannot overcome the power of the capitol, the male and female tributes will be reaped from their existing pool of victors.” The words echoed through the whole of Panem; from the glamorous capitol to the fields of nine and the mines of twelve. It echoed louder than the cries of rebellion that have started to spread from district to district like wildfire. President Snow – struggling to keep the entirety of Panem under control – saw an opportunity in the Quarter Quell and he took it. He saw the opportunity to remind the world who was in control and how far his reach spread. The brutal, bloodthirsty hunger games have been used for years to remind citizens what happens when they choose to oppose the generous and fair laws laid down by their president and to disrupt the order of Panem. The embers of rebellion have sparked into flames since Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark became the victors of the seventy forth hunger games and now rumours of an army brewing below the surface of the desolate district thirteen are beginning to be whispered between nervous citizens, behind closed doors and out of sight of the capitol's ever watching eye. Panem is on the brink of chaos and the only way to stay the blow of anarchy is to remind the people that those who thought themselves free: the famous, the bravest and strongest among the districts, who had such favour bestowed upon them, are still very much at the mercy of the capitol. They left the arena but the games have only just begun. President Snow has only added fuel to the fire. Whilst the victors prepared for the reaping and the possibility of being thrown back into the games; rebellion continued to seep through Panem, igniting everyone it touched. More rebels made to disappear; more riots quashed; more secrets Snow needed to hide to calm the capitol. Things are spiralling further and further out of control and it’s only a matter of time before the flames are too large to stifle; before the cries of the rebels are too loud to drown out with peacemakers and cranked up loops of the anthem. Panem is descending into darkness and with the newly reaped victors heading into the capitol there’s only one way that this can end. The microphones are being tested; the cameras switched on; and whether those victors make it into the arena or not, the capitol can be sure of one thing: there will be blood.

hey anon! its like you read my mind. for all our lovely followers we have now opened up face claim reserves. one of the things we’re currently working on is that lovely, completely easy to compile and code (har har) canon list, so that should be up for reserves soonish. if you head on over to http://fallenones-rp.tumblr.com/reserves however you can see which face claims are open to reserve! just send us a message with the play-by name and your name and we’ll stick them on the list for you<3

hey anon! yep you’re welcome to play a tribute (: we’re keeping the plot canon up to this point, so as it’s the quarter quell the current tributes on the site will be johanna, finnick, beetee, etc.  you can also play a previous victor, a mentor, a civilian… anyone that fits your fancy really from any of the districts and the capitol, including both canons and originals.  if you choose to play a tribute, you will be able to play them up to and during the games.  however, we can’t guarantee exactly what will happen during the games … ;)i hope this helps! let me know if you have any more questions<3

aah our first anon<3 hey and welcome! my name is matches, and i’m one quarter of the admin team which is comprised of three other lovely girls: irene, maddy and lauren. we’ll probably put a little bit up about ourselves soon. between us we are taking a few canons but have limited ourselves to one main one each, so hopefully there’ll be a lot left for everyone else to choose from! at the moment we’re taking katniss everdeen, gale hawthorne and annie cresta.
