Never seen a flower like this.. Hm.

•The flower seems to recoil at the sun, the dark green vines constricting your wrists as if trying to pull away from the brightness.•
Wha- Hey!?
[ He scrambles to try and rip the vines off of his wrists, but to no avail. He slightly panics as it seems like this flower has more to it than what he thought. ]
•The vines come off easy, thorns breaking into his skin at the ripping; some tearing and splattering a deep black fluid onto him and the sand.•
•It seemed to wilt at the injuries to its vines, petals shriveling up.•

•A familiar voice coos out, followed by his face being grabbed and kneaded like dough by her clawed hands - Ire smiling widely and displaying her sharp teeth.•

Stepping back, he turned to the voice - HER voice - but moments later, she was already invading his comfort zone, touching his face. Tiny little cuts from her claws were already being left on his cheeks.
"fuck- stop touching me-!" he complained, lightly shoving her away and pulling his face away from her grasp.
"Quit yer squirmin! I ain't even done nothin!"
•She hissed, grabbing onto his face harshly by his jaw and yanking him to look at her - forcing his mouth open to inspect his fangs.•
"Good lord, yer teeth are still so darn tiny and pathetic."
He pushed her away again, less lightly this time. She's gonna pull my teeth out, isn't she?
"DON'T TOUCH ME! LEAVE ME ALONE!" His voice cracked from fear as he yelled at her. This time, the moment he had freed himself, he ran from her.
No. She would have pulled my teeth out already.
Which means she's planning something worse.
•Ire grunted as it was pushed away, chuckling as she watched him run to get a head start.•
"Alright, that's long enough for ya."
•She rumbled before giving chase, her Deggurs' sheath slapping against her leg as she followed.•
He could hear her catching up. He ran faster.
He'd learned by now that using all his stamina at once was a bad idea, so he waited until she started catching up again to run any faster.
He kept his ears open for the oh-so-familiar sound cue indicating her attack.
"Quit teasin me, sinner!"
•She roared, taking out her Deggur as she threw it at the sinner - aiming to stab into his back.•
He heard her throw something, so he ducked, and kept running. The Deggur missed him by mere inches, whistling past his head and embedding itself deep into the wall with a THUNK.
...He was getting tired again.
•She growled as it missed, dropping onto her six limbs to move faster. Thank Genesis for giving her two pairs of arms!•
"Yer gettin dizzy, little freak!"
•She laughed, gaining on him.•
...Then, he tripped on a doorframe. His eyes widened as he realized what would happen next. I have to get up. I HAVE to get up.
So that's what he did. She was almost upon him. So, he started running full speed, not caring about stamina anymore, if it meant getting to a saferoom.
Still, the clicking of centipede limbs on the concrete floor got ever closer. Goddamn she's fast. He turned a corner, getting out of her view for just long enough, and performed a wall jump, landing perfectly on top of a wall that held a door (all that lobby training was coming in handy after all!), which caused it to open and give the illusion that he'd gone to the next room. He laid low, covered his mouth, which muffled his breathing quite a bit, held still, and silently prayed to Genesis that she wouldn't see him as he camouflaged with the vantablack night sky above.
•She grabbed the Deggur that embedded itself into the wall as she passed, grunting as she shoved herself through the doorway; her centipede legs clicking on the brick walls as she managed to squeeze through.•
"Yer somewhere in ere. I can smell yer fear."
•She hissed, spinning the Deggur in her claws as she moved back onto her legs as her mandibles twitched - searching through the room.•
As he quietly wept, a teardrop fell from his face.
Down, down, down. All he could do was watch in silent horror as it collided with her shoulder with a muffled tap.
Fuck.
•She paused, her mandibles clicking in question as she wiped it off with a clawed finger - bringing it to her mouth as it tested it, her eyes widening as a smirk rose to her features.•
"Bingo."
•Ire hissed before tossing the Deggur at him, aiming to hit him square in the stomach.•
He reacted quickly, scampering to the side - but not fast enough to stop the Deggur from grazing his forearm, cutting through his robes like a hot knife through butter.
Adrenaline coursed through his veins. He felt like he could somehow see faster. He jumped down, hitting the ground running, and slammed through the next door, then the next, and slid into a safespot, just out of her sight.
He was sure she could hear his heartbeat.
•She chuckled, snapping her clawed fingers for her Deggur to return to her before quickly following; a laugh exiting her form as she kept chase, skidding to a halt as she was about to leave the room he was in..•
•Her clawed hand hovered over the door before smirking, glancing behind her and at the safe spot he was in.•
"Such a fool.."
His eyes widened in terror.
She knows.
He covered his mouth, trying to stay quiet, but the sound of his robes rubbing against themselves as he moved were a dead giveaway to his hiding spot.
She knows.
Oh, God. She knows.
•Ire chuckled before slowly moving over, emphasizing the clicks of her centipede legs as she came closer.•
"Get outta there, freak."
He didn't budge. He knew she would grab him if he tried to run. His eyes were locked on the safespot entrance.
A pathetic whimper escaped his mouth.
•Ire grabbed his leg as she pulled him out, her grip much more gentle than before; not aiming to injure him...yet.•
With nothing to grab onto, he was left scrabbling at the smooth ground, futilely trying to kick out of her grasp. "NO! LET ME GO!" he shrieked, terrified of what she would do to him.
•She froze as he kicked her face, abruptly letting him go as blood ran down her face from the impact; staring in shock and dead silence.•
He scurried back into the safespot, this time curling into a ball to make it harder for her to grab him. "imsorryimsorryimsorry" was all he could whimper. He had hurt someone. It being self defense didn't make him feel any better, either.
•Ire huffed as it wiped the blood from its face, shaking it off her hand and onto the wall; this time deciding to crouch and enter the saferoom, using her centipede tail to block his exit.•
"S'fine. Now shut the hell up."
"--yeep-" He covered his mouth. She was RIGHT THERE. She was going to hurt him.
His pupils were shaped oddly, like crosses. He had never been more afraid in his life. He was cornered.
He was shivering. He was petrified.
•She grabbed onto his arms, pulling them away from his face - her claws gently poking his skin.•
"Stay still."
•Ire growled softly before suddenly pushing her head into his chest, softly bumping her head against his chin like a cat demanding to be pet.•
"...?"
Opening his eyes, he... wasn't in pain. He gently, cautiously, started to pet Ire's head, extremely confused. Why isn't she hurting me? Is this a trick?
"...Ire, aren't you supposed to be stabbing me?..." he mumbled. This has to be a dream... that, or she's luring me into a false sense of security.
•A soft grumble of contentment escaped it at the petting, her mandibles clicking together as she opened one eye to look up at him with a soft hiss.•
"Would you like if I did right now?"
"...no. You probably wouldn't either, since you wouldn't be being pet anymore." He scratched softly under her chin.
"Just let me know if you want me to stop, or if you want to be pet somewhere else, okay?"
His voice was calm. "If you ever want this to happen again, just find me. I'll know what you want."
•She cooed at the scratches under her chin, melting into them as her antennae smoothened against her head.•
"arright.."
•Ire tilted her head to the side, a quiet request to scratch her neck.•
"yer still on my list for torture.."
He paused for a moment, then started gently scratching her neck. With his other hand, he continued scratching her chin.
"...I hope you're teasing." He had a feeling she wasn't.
"I'm the one giving you attention. I could stop at any point, y'know."
"mm... And I could take yer hands for that.."
•Ire hissed softly, though jolted as a certain spot was touched on her neck - being reduced to a purring mess.•
"...but you won't, will you?"
He went for the sweet spot he'd found, feeling the rumble in her throat growing stronger as he scratched. He was surprisingly skilled, somehow knowing exactly how to scratch and where.
"maybe..."
•She cooed, eventually going limp from the affection - lying down as her centipede legs twitched in enjoyment.•
He paused. "...are you alright?" Then he noticed her legs were still moving, and continued. "Just don't turn into a liquid, okay?..."
•Ire chuckled softly, leaning her head back as the sinner continued the affections.•

•She roared, taking out her Deggur as she threw it at the sinner - aiming to stab into his back.•
He heard her throw something, so he ducked, and kept running. The Deggur missed him by mere inches, whistling past his head and embedding itself deep into the wall with a THUNK.
...He was getting tired again.
•She growled as it missed, dropping onto her six limbs to move faster. Thank Genesis for giving her two pairs of arms!•
"Yer gettin dizzy, little freak!"
•She laughed, gaining on him.•
...Then, he tripped on a doorframe. His eyes widened as he realized what would happen next. I have to get up. I HAVE to get up.
So that's what he did. She was almost upon him. So, he started running full speed, not caring about stamina anymore, if it meant getting to a saferoom.
Still, the clicking of centipede limbs on the concrete floor got ever closer. Goddamn she's fast. He turned a corner, getting out of her view for just long enough, and performed a wall jump, landing perfectly on top of a wall that held a door (all that lobby training was coming in handy after all!), which caused it to open and give the illusion that he'd gone to the next room. He laid low, covered his mouth, which muffled his breathing quite a bit, held still, and silently prayed to Genesis that she wouldn't see him as he camouflaged with the vantablack night sky above.
•She grabbed the Deggur that embedded itself into the wall as she passed, grunting as she shoved herself through the doorway; her centipede legs clicking on the brick walls as she managed to squeeze through.•
"Yer somewhere in ere. I can smell yer fear."
•She hissed, spinning the Deggur in her claws as she moved back onto her legs as her mandibles twitched - searching through the room.•
As he quietly wept, a teardrop fell from his face.
Down, down, down. All he could do was watch in silent horror as it collided with her shoulder with a muffled tap.
Fuck.
•She paused, her mandibles clicking in question as she wiped it off with a clawed finger - bringing it to her mouth as it tested it, her eyes widening as a smirk rose to her features.•
"Bingo."
•Ire hissed before tossing the Deggur at him, aiming to hit him square in the stomach.•
He reacted quickly, scampering to the side - but not fast enough to stop the Deggur from grazing his forearm, cutting through his robes like a hot knife through butter.
Adrenaline coursed through his veins. He felt like he could somehow see faster. He jumped down, hitting the ground running, and slammed through the next door, then the next, and slid into a safespot, just out of her sight.
He was sure she could hear his heartbeat.
•She chuckled, snapping her clawed fingers for her Deggur to return to her before quickly following; a laugh exiting her form as she kept chase, skidding to a halt as she was about to leave the room he was in..•
•Her clawed hand hovered over the door before smirking, glancing behind her and at the safe spot he was in.•
"Such a fool.."
His eyes widened in terror.
She knows.
He covered his mouth, trying to stay quiet, but the sound of his robes rubbing against themselves as he moved were a dead giveaway to his hiding spot.
She knows.
Oh, God. She knows.
•Ire chuckled before slowly moving over, emphasizing the clicks of her centipede legs as she came closer.•
"Get outta there, freak."
He didn't budge. He knew she would grab him if he tried to run. His eyes were locked on the safespot entrance.
A pathetic whimper escaped his mouth.
•Ire grabbed his leg as she pulled him out, her grip much more gentle than before; not aiming to injure him...yet.•
With nothing to grab onto, he was left scrabbling at the smooth ground, futilely trying to kick out of her grasp. "NO! LET ME GO!" he shrieked, terrified of what she would do to him.
•She froze as he kicked her face, abruptly letting him go as blood ran down her face from the impact; staring in shock and dead silence.•
"d'aww. Aren't you the cutest lil' thang in this hell?"
•A familiar voice coos out, followed by his face being grabbed and kneaded like dough by her clawed hands - Ire smiling widely and displaying her sharp teeth.•

Stepping back, he turned to the voice - HER voice - but moments later, she was already invading his comfort zone, touching his face. Tiny little cuts from her claws were already being left on his cheeks.
"fuck- stop touching me-!" he complained, lightly shoving her away and pulling his face away from her grasp.
"Quit yer squirmin! I ain't even done nothin!"
•She hissed, grabbing onto his face harshly by his jaw and yanking him to look at her - forcing his mouth open to inspect his fangs.•
"Good lord, yer teeth are still so darn tiny and pathetic."
He pushed her away again, less lightly this time. She's gonna pull my teeth out, isn't she?
"DON'T TOUCH ME! LEAVE ME ALONE!" His voice cracked from fear as he yelled at her. This time, the moment he had freed himself, he ran from her.
No. She would have pulled my teeth out already.
Which means she's planning something worse.
•Ire grunted as it was pushed away, chuckling as she watched him run to get a head start.•
"Alright, that's long enough for ya."
•She rumbled before giving chase, her Deggurs' sheath slapping against her leg as she followed.•
He could hear her catching up. He ran faster.
He'd learned by now that using all his stamina at once was a bad idea, so he waited until she started catching up again to run any faster.
He kept his ears open for the oh-so-familiar sound cue indicating her attack.
