βPunk is musical freedom. Itβs saying doing and playing what you want. Nirvana means freedom from pain and suffering in the external world and thatβs close to my definition of punk rockβ

Abolish the electoral college.
NationalPopularVote.Com
Someone I generally respect said something earlier this year about how if we don't have the electoral college, places like Kansas (where we live) won't have our voices heard.
But here's the thing: the presidency should not be about STATES being heard, it should be about THE AMERICAN PEOPLE being heard. Our "voice" is in Congress. Our voice has comparative weight in the house and equal weight in the Senate and that's how it should be.
The PRESIDENT should be chosen by the will of all Americans, with EACH VOTE CARRYING THE SAME WEIGHT.
No ifs. No ors. No buts.
