@Regrann from @jeremyhernandez.tv - Feb 25th 2017 👉🏽 Artist: @iwonadufaj 👉🏽 Hands down my favourite artist at this year’s show. I stood in front of her booth as I was arrested by her images. I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing Iwona from last year’s Artist Project 2016. I’m noticing that there was a splash of lighter colours and she was stepping away from her darker work, but still having a lingering hint of it. Her works isn’t just a visual experience but an emotional experience too! A good artist creates, an amazing artist makes you feel. Hand on my heart, her images are breath taking and makes a good commentary on today’s social issues. My favourite from the set is the umbrella☂️ painting, a response painting to Rene Magritte’s iconic work “The Son of Man”. 🍏 To sum up her collection, I’m left in awe and speechless. Takes my breath away! 💜 Iwona, I really can’t wait to see what you have in store for next year!!!
