Broadway? Can monsters die of a broken heart? Is it possible for monsters to die of sadness? Emotions can either increase or decrease the production of important hormones such as adrenaline. Adrenaline has the effect of narrowing the main arteries, putting a person in a situation where they may die of heart failure. Humans can die of sadness and a broken heart. I just wanted to know about the monsters can die of sadness and a broken heart.

Underground Talent

A crowd gathers before a poster in Hotland, looking past the blinding lights it’s been encased in.  It’s promoting a live, one night event called Underground Talent, and for a 25g entry fee, you too could feature on live television in front of a live audience, before the whole underground, under a glimmering spotlight for all to see.  The poster reads:

Are you a rising star?  Do you think you have what it takes to dazzle the underground?  Do you have dashing good looks and/or are rectangular?  Want to be the next sensation gracing the underground?  You’re in luck!  MTT presents: UNDERGROUND TALENT!  Feature live on television for a chance to win big, and you could become our next star!  Dazzle the crowds and etch your name into history!

Friends and strangers talk and dream about going on stage and entering the contest, planning out skits and dances, and ways to wow the crowd and MTT himself.  It truly is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

As much as Broadway hated MTT, he had to admit that the crowds that had once gathered around to see the skeleton had certainly thinned out- as such, this was the perfect way to grab attention back, and pull the crowds back to his stage!

There could definitely be a few tough opponents in this crowd, but he was already DETERMINED to win!

...Although, it might be in his best interests to check out the competition first...who else could be in the surrounding crowd, preparing to enter?
