Wtf is life

Fuck man why does bad stuff have to happen all at once. I just need everything to calm down. All these deaths is way too much. Sigh One day at a time I guess, just need to be strong. But life can be amazing one second and horrid the next.

Gym

getting huge gains well noob gains for now until i hit some plaetus.

but 5x5 program is working really well for me.

Now only if my job search was going as well, but hopfully i am getting tractoin in that also. Its tuff.
