Something that pisses me off when I’m reading blurbs ( in all fandoms but I’m specifically talking about the cod fandom) is that people who write het romance/ fluff NEVER tag f!reader or fem!reader. As someone who filters out f! Reader tags, it’s frustrating when authors don’t tag when the readers are feminine or afab (because often times, they view femininity as the norm).

TAG YOUR FICS EVERYBODY.

Hi I’m back to say this again. I find it so frustrating that the default body for drabbles and fics is female. A lot of authors don’t tag F!reader, and when it is gender neutral, there’s still inherent female anatomy.

Even with the tag-filtering system, the tags I have filtered out (f!reader and fem! Reader) only gets rid of maybe 5% of fics I look at. 90% of the fics are un tagged AFAB readers, and the last 5% is M!reader

I know this is doesn’t relate or apply to the majority of people who will see this but GOD it’s so frustrating
