Once you get the hang of drawing backgrounds they become a lot less frightening and a lot more relaxing. At least that’s how it was with me. And there’s a pretty nice 30-day background challenge to warm up to it!

Descriptive geometry homework I had to hand in on Thursday and which I had to pull an all-nighter for. There are a bunch of mistakes, but I worked too hard on it to just hide it.

Also, it’s inked, does this count as inktober?

My take on the pink cabin. I wanted to make something better (and more in my comfort zone) than this, still for Camp Pining Hearts by @mkandas . This turned out a little gloomy, but I really like the palette, so…

Anyway, here’s the process:

There was a previous version of this but I didn’t post it because I just wasn’t satisfied with it enough to do so. So I redid it and I like this one much more. Also, pretty solid advice on colours that helped me a lot.

I need to get back to drawing bc uni starts in 3 weeks (I got into the new uni btw)! I caught up with Steven Universe finally so I wanted to draw something related and realised I haven’t drawn Jasper yet, even though I love her. So here she is!
