Wet haired L is so hot 😍🔥
I wonder if L would be good at ballet, figure skating or gymnastics. He looks like a flexible guy.
What are your thoughts?
Do you guys know any good fanfics about L's childhood? Maybe when he was in Wammy House
I bet L Lawliet would love iced strawberry matcha 🍵 🍓
VENT
I think I'm depressed. I always feel miserable when I'm at work and see people socialising while I'm left out. I'm experiencing social exclusion. No matter if I try to be friendly it's just unnoticed. So I've given up on being social with people. It's too draining. I notice this issue has kept me awake. I hope I won't get bad insomnia.
Has anyone experienced that before?
NO FUCKING WAY
Lawyer!L oh em gee the concept…

I made this L Lawliet edit. Hope you all like it
I post edits like this on my Instagram too called @fanofllawliet
L Lawliet low-key reminds me of a vampire. Here are reasons why:
Pale skin
Jet black hair
Dark eyes that stares into your soul
Tall and lanky
He walks with poor posture
He barely sleeps at night (only occassionally)
He doesn't associate with people in the outside world (except Watari, Light and the Task Force)
He speaks with a soothing and monotoned voice
He has dark ringlets under his eyes
More close up shots of Mr Lawliet
My hyperfixation is only just beginning (I've only been a fangirl for a month)
I HAVE NOTHING OF NOTE TO SAY HERE, JUST THAT LAWLIET HAS CAKE. <3
Took me 18 years to realize it, but they were lowkey making his slow reveal shots some kind of fanservice, weren't they...
Now that I think about it, I think you're right
AWAWAA
I've been having busy busy days recently 😪
butwhocares🙄 have this baby L eating gummy bear😈
Awww what a cutie 😊😍
Gonna write a series of scenarios of L X reader cause I'm in a hyperfixation mood

Chapter 1 | The Unknown Caller
2AM.
Aria Benson had submitted her last job application for the day. After getting rejected by over one hundred companies, she was about to give up. But she didn't. No, she couldn't. Not when she spent the last four or five years working her butt off studying in law school. All that hard work couldn't go to waste and she was determined that her potential employer could see how dedicated she was.
So she spent the last few hours submitting job application after job application; hoping and praying it'll be enough. Though, she had been so focused that she didn't realise it was already two in the morning. It was late, but Aria couldn't stop now. Yet, her fatigued body told her otherwise.
"Time to head to bed, I guess. Tomorrow is another day..." She muttered to herself.
Just as she was about to turn off her monitor, an email popped up.
Aria tilted her head in confusion. Strange. Who had sent her an email this late?
Clicking on the email, she skimmed through the message. She noticed the subject line was regarding her job application. The message appeared to be short and straight to the point. Nothing warm or friendly. Just strictly business and serious.
Hello, you've been selected for the new position. The position is entry level and administrative in nature. Compensation is above standard graduate rate. Please expect a phone call shortly.
Aria frowned at the email. There was nobody signing off the email or even the name of this organisation. The sender came from a no reply address. As she stared at the email long enough, she concluded it was a scam. How else were they able to find her contact details? She couldn't remember applying for a job with them. The only logical conclusion is they stalked her profile online.
A yawn came out of Aria's mouth. Her eyelids grew heavy and it was best to deal with this email tomorrow. Or perhaps ignore it.
Shutting her laptop shut, Aria sprung out of her chair. She crawled into bed, wrapping the covers around her. Shutting her eyes, Aria tried to go to sleep, forgetting about that strange unknown email that came at two in the morning. For about ten minutes, Aria tossed and turned with thoughts about that email popping up in her mind. She glanced at her phone on her bedside table. Reaching for it, she waited for the phone call from the sender. Minutes passed, but no phone calls. Concluding it was nothing but a scam, Aria set her phone aside and rolled to the side.
Around exactly two-thirty a.m, her phone rang.
Aria's eyes sprung open. She stared at her ringing phone, illuminating in the dark room. Her breath hitched in her throat. She hesitated. Should she answer it? If she does, will it be a scammer after her credit card?
Aria took a deep breath. Reaching for her phone, she answered.
"Hello?" She spoke groggily.
Silence came from the other line. It was almost unsettling and she began to regret answering it. Finally a voice came from the other side.
"Miss Benson?"
Male. Flat. Composed. And...deep. The voice appeared to be distorted through sound effects.
Aria's heart raced. "Yes. How do you know me?"
"Did you get the email?"
Aria tightened her grip on her phone. "Yes, I did. I'm sorry - who are you?"
The voice sighed. "A response of acknowledgement would be courteous. Don't you think, Miss Benson?"
Aria raised a brow at the request. "Oh, um, yes I suppose. Do you want me to respond-''
"Are you interested in this opportunity?" the voice asked, ignoring Aria'a question.
Aria frowned at the dismissal. She couldn't help but grow even more frustrated by this person ignoring her questions.
"I asked you a question. Can you at least tell me your name?"
"No."
Aria blinked, clutching her phone tighter. "What do you mean 'no'? You're not gonna scam me, aren't you? I swear I'll report the cops on you."
"I'm not after your money."
Aria's jaw clenched. "Then why the hell are you calling me at two in the morning? Some of us need our sleep."
"You're free to ask questions," the voice said coolly. "But I will not always answer."
A flicker of irritation pierced through Aria's hazel eyes.
"That's...reassuring."
"Is it?" the voice challenged.
Aria rolled her eyes. "No, of course not. It's bullshit."
"Correct. But I'm busy. I don't have time to answer all the questions." There was a pause. "Unless they're important to me."
Aria let out a huff. "So, that email was legit about a job application? Is this not a scam?"
"Your application says you graduated with a Bachelor of Law in December 2004. And you also studied abroad in New York City. During the past year you've applied to one-hundred and twenty jobs in the past year. Yet fifty applications have been rejected. The rest you never heard from. You even applied to Toronto, Tokyo and even all the way to Sydney."
Aria's stomach dropped. "How do you even know this?"
"Miss Benson, I can access your information. You applied to the top companies. Applications are made publicly available."
Aria's hazel eyes widened. "What? How - this is really weird. Isn't this a breach of privacy-''
"You're the only potential candidate I'll consider," the voice went on. "You've been short listed."
Aria's breath hitched in her throat. She should feel happy and ecstatic even, but she was left perplexed and paranoid. Part of her thought this person must be a hacker. How else were they able to find information about her previous job applications? And why would a legit organisation sift through her information?
"What do I have to do in this job?" she asked, suddenly interested.
"Clerical support," the voice replied.
Aria exhaled through her nose. "Okay...that's not exactly what I had in mind. And this is law?"
"Not quite. You'll be assisting with criminal cases, but it will be administrative."
Aria raised a brow. "Oh, right. Like what?"
"You will organise datasets, review reports, categorise information and sorting paperwork for me."
Aria's heart sank at the description. "Not exactly what I'm after but..."
"But?" the voice prompted.
"...but it's better than working at a diner all day," Aria admitted. "And the pay is above a typical graduate's standard rates?" She paused for a moment. "Wait, where will I be working? You never told me the name of this company?"
The voice grunted in response. "That you don't have to worry."
Aria gaped at her phone. "What do you mean by that?"
"I'll get someone to send over your letter of offer," the voice replied.
Aria's eyes widened. "What? But I know nothing about this job. Hell, I haven't gotten an interview from you."
The voice let out a huff. "I see. Perhaps I was getting ahead of myself. Are you available tomorrow at nine a.m sharp? I'll get someone to schedule an interview."
Aria's heart drummed in her chest. "Um, no. I mean, I have a shift but it's not until later."
"Good," the voice replied. "Stay on the line."
Then there was the sound of shuffling and the caller appeared to be talking to another person. Then the voice returned to the phone.
"Your interview is booked at nine a.m tomorrow. I'll send you the address."
Aria nodded. "Okay. Will you be doing the interview?"
"No," the voice replied. "I have a proxy. They'll interview you."
Aria frowned, wondering why this person was being so secretive. If he really is her future employer, wouldn't he show his face?
"Okay...will I get to meet you in person?" She asked.
"Maybe...maybe not," the voice said flatly. "There I sent you the address. Did you receive it?"
Just then, a text message popped up on her phone.
Clicking on the email, Aria saw the message contained details of the organisation's location and interview time and date.
Tuesday, 10th May 2005 at nine a.m at Wammy Foundation, Central London.
Aria nodded. "Yes, I did. So you're based in central London?"
The voice hummed in response. "Correct, Miss Benson. But we also have international networks. My proxy will be expecting your arrival tomorrow. Goodnight, Miss Benson."
The phone call cut off abruptly. Then she was left in the dark staring at her blank phone screen.
XXX
Around nine a.m the next morning, Aria came to the premises dressed in a white blouse, black trousers and polished black pumps. As she passed through the ironed gates, she got a good look at the building. The exterior had a victorian-esque architecture surrounded by a small garden with shrubs and it didn't really appear like other corporate buildings around.
When Aria entered the interior, she noticed it looked more modern than the exterior with its grey walls, marbled floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. There was also something cold and ominous about this place. She noticed the reception was unattended, which was strange. The hallways were empty, like it was abandoned. She felt like she had just stepped foot into a psychological horror movie. The ones where some dark, creepy entity was lurking about watching her.
Exhaling deeply, Aria wandered around the empty floor. Her hazel eyes darted around with unease and her heart raced with every step. Every few moments she would cast a side glance over her shoulder, in case there was someone there. She began to doubt if she really was going for an job interview. Maybe that person who called her had been a scammer after all. Here she was tricked into believing their lies.
Ten more minutes and then she was out.
Suddenly she heard the sound of footsteps approaching. Aria spun around and froze in her place. Her heart raced wildly, anticipating someone to leap out of the dark hallways. As the footsteps came closer, Aria's heart drummed heavily in her chest. Exhaling deeply, she balled her fists and tried to maintain her composure.
"Miss Benson?" A voice came from the hallways. It sounded male, mature, professional and there was some warmth in it.
Aria tensed up. She watched as something moved closer from the dark. Then emerging from the dark was a tall elderly man in a trenchcoat and round spectacles. He had short grey hair which was neatly combed and appeared to look like an important figure. Perhaps he was a staff or a manager of this place. Whoever he was, Aria was relieved to see another person here.
"Yes, I am. I'm here for a nine a.m interview. It's for this admin job I got contacted about." She glanced at her wrist watch. "Looks like I'm five minutes early. He said to come at nine a.m sharp."
The elderly man smiled. "Ah, yes. He asked me to urgently arrange the interview. I am Watari." He held out a wrinkled hand. "It's very nice to meet you."
Aria smiled and extended her hand. "Likewise, sir. Can I ask, who is this 'he' you're referring to?"
"Well, he doesn't like to show himself. He doesn't like to reveal his name either," Watari declared. "All you need to know is he's your future employer. Now, follow me."
Aria suddenly became curious. She followed Watari into the elevator.
"So, will you be leading the interview? Wait, are you the manager of this place?"
Watari chuckled. "You could say that. However, I'm not the one who makes the final decisions. That's up to him. But yes I will be interviewing you. And he will join through the intercom. Like I mentioned earlier, he doesn't like to reveal his identity."
Aria quirked a brow. " I see. Now that I think about it, he sounded detached and...secretive on the phone last night."
"Yes, he doesn't like to speak much," Watari stated. "He likes to keep to himself."
Silence filled the air between them during the elevator ride. There was something unnerving about it and the creaking of the elevator's mechanics made Aria feel slightly paranoid.
"I will get the maintenance to fix the creaking," Watari commented, as if he read Aria's mind.
Aria exhaled through her mouth.
The elevator came to a stop and its metallic doors grinded as it opened.
"Come this way. I have a room booked for us."
Aria followed Watari down the long hallways, taking in her surroundings. She noticed this floor looked as identical as the ground floor. Except for the scenic view of the cityscapes and bustling streets of London below.
"So, do you have a lot of employees working here?" she asked as they walked down the corridors. "I notice this place is pretty...empty."
Watari nodded. "Of course. They are scattered around different floors. Though, there aren't many working on this floor. Just myself and him. He prefers working autonomously."
Aria frowned. "Oh, I see."
"But he wants to hire someone entry level to assist him," Watari continued. "He has been swamped with work recently."
Watari led Aria into a private room. In the centre was a long table surrounded by cushioned seats. There was some sort of intercom speaker in the centre with a microphone.
"Tea or coffee, Miss Benson?" He offered.
Aria settled in her seat. She looked up at him.
"Uh, coffee. I need my usual fix."
Watari nodded. "Ah, of course. I will be back with beverages. The other person will join us shortly. You just go get yourself settled."
Watari left the room and disappeared down the hall. He came to a halt at a grey door and knocked.
"Come in," A voice called from inside. "It's unlocked."
Twisting the door handle, Watari entered the room. Inside, a figure was hunched over a computer surrounded by monitors, cables and stacks of documents. The light was out and the blinds we're down. There was no light, except for thin shed of light from the window and the blue light bouncing off the monitors.
"Is she here?" The figure asked, barely turning around.
The sound of keyboard clacking echoed through the room.
"Yes, she is," Watari replied.
The figure's lips curled to a slight smile.
"Good. Put me through the intercom now."
Watari nodded. "Of course. Would you like refreshments too?"
The figure smiled in the dark. "Yes, thank you."
With a nod, Watari stepped out and disappeared down the corridors.
