I'm in a super anxious state of mind because I'm awaiting a health check that can go many ways, so I figured what else can I do than read a lot of fanfics and listen to a lot of podfics while frantically cleaning my apartment. Because OBVIOUSLY that's the best coping mechanism.

Okay fandom, am I the only one who is convinced that this demon from Modri's flashbacks is not Sebastian?

Sebastian cannot lie to Ciel. He said he has never met Modri. I also don't think his "true" form looks like the one we got in previous chapter (don't ask me why. I have a feeling he is a bit more majestic).

That being said, why would Yana even introduce another demon? Let's say this whole story from Modri is fake memories implanted by Undertaker. Why though? Does he think it will drive Ciel and Sebastian apart? Sebastian can try to avoid an answer but he is incapable of lying and therefore Ciel knows that any dispute about his past can be solved quickly. Ciel's already a wanted criminal, so it cannot be about public opinion. What's the point?

Idk. My theory that it's not Sebastian is based on vibes and that one answer when Sebastian said he doesn't know Modri. But another demon and fake memories don't make much sense either.

So far the biggest surprise of the Olympics for me is the fact that I became an Ilia fan (and that's saying something considering the men's event and Amber's placement and how I ADORE Japanese soft knee landings).

Pls, no more surprises. I'm gonna start a protest if the Russian is on the podium (as in - I will simply stop following FS. That's my prostest).

Also, I hope a certain skater from Sendai watched another skater from Sendai skate for his bronze medal. I know Yuzu said he doesn't keep up with skating, but in my mind I want to live in a fantasy where he tuned in to watch Shun skate (and later will tune in for Mone).

Okay. That was the most traumatic event I've ever watched in any discipline. What. The. Fuck.

I broke in tears after Kyrylo's program and from then on I couldn't stop crying. The difficult but beautiful thing about being a figure skating fan is that you kind of have to get to "know" the skaters in order to understand their music choices, interpretation and choreography. Their personalities and the way they perform is a part of their score.

Watching majority of these athletes then fall apart on the biggest stage possible is simply traumatic. I cannot imagine the pressure they are under during the Olympic games, ESPECIALLY if they come from big skating federations like USFS and JSF.

I am not a big Ilia fan but my heart literally broke for this guy. Seeing him hugging and congratulating Misha made me reconsider a lot of misconceptions I had about him. I knew he was under immense pressure from everywhere, he blown his program yet he still found nice words for another athlete.

Yuma, Adam... They FOUGHT until the end and I'm in awe.

I'm extremely happy for Misha because he is one of the first skaters I supported and wanted to succeed. He was shocked, his coach was less shocked, commentators were in shock, the whole world was in shock (maybe with an exception of his coach) but he did deserve his win.

That being said, this was the last event of figure skating I ever watched live. I might watch some individual programs AFTER the events are concluded but this free skate took way too much from me. I am not capable of watching people falling apart in front of millions of viewers.

I really enjoyed this anime yet it will never stop surprising me how Japanese people continue to portray England and Europe. London at the beginning of 20th century shown as bright and clean? An Art Academy that a) doesn't care about social status and b) easily accepts women to integrated classes, especially foreign women? Aristocracy making choices for the "good of the people" and the whole "we are responsible for England" narrative?

Spoiler alert: it did not look like this. It really did not look like this. Not even English people claim it looked like this.

Anyways, the romance was great and the portrayal of an artistic journey even better. What Japanese people know very well is how to show the reality of an art student (Blue Period?! Fantastic).

I started watching women single FS because you all say it's less chaotic than men. I fell in love with Amber's SP and Kaori's cheerfulness and their (newfound in case of Amber) consistency 🙃 What the fuck.

Good job Mone, it was magnificent but holy hell, what a ride this event is. Idk if I have it in me to watch men live tomorrow.
