Starting 2017 Over

So 2017 has been up to a rough start. I will be giving it another try. I have been noticing a lot of body changes, getting sick a lot. This will be my year to get over my sickness. I will be posting more on  Tumblr my health journey, workouts and the struggle of eating healthier. This week I will not be eating white rice. Stay tuned for more changes.
