Photographer side story: I've been a fan of Metric since I saw them at the Lilith Fair revival (really) in 2010. I almost believe Emily Haines noticed me looking bored after 3 hours of Sarah McLachlan's ethereal friends and decided to wake me up with this Bruce Springsteen knee slide, but it was probably a coincidence.
