Here's a list from the CDC outlining conditions that put people at higher risk for severe cases of Covid-19. The information on the page is from this year, however it is from early in the year and given all that's going on at the CDC, it could change.

Even if you do not have a BMI over 25, or any of the qualifying physical and mental health conditions, physical inactivity is considered to increase risk, so even if you do work out it might be worth claiming to be very sedentary in order to get the vaccine.
