The mothers flinched and whimpered but kept their hands on their heads, completely mortified.
Next, Ms. Hargrove marched them single-file down the school hallway, still in their underwear. The three women walked with hands locked on their heads, eyes downcast in shame as the young teacher followed close behind, pointing and scolding them the entire way.

They were led straight into the classroom. Ms. Hargrove ordered them to sit at the small wooden childrenâs desks. Once seated, she snapped, âHands back on your heads!â The three adult women obeyed instantly, sitting cramped in the tiny chairs with fingers laced on top of their heads. Tears rolled down their cheeks as the teacher towered over them, clipboard ready, delivering a long, scathing lecture about their parenting failures.
Finally, the women were made to pick up pencils and write lines in the childish notebooks on their desks:
âI am a failure as a mother.â âMy sonâs bad behavior is entirely my fault.â âI deserve to be punished like this.â
They wrote through sobs, tears dripping onto the paper while Ms. Hargrove inspected their work and corrected them harshly if the handwriting wasnât perfect.
The session ended in the girlsâ bathroom. Still dressed only in their tank tops, panties, socks, and sneakers, the three mothers were ordered to sit on the open toilets with their panties pulled down around their ankles. Ms. Hargrove stood before them, pointing accusingly as they cried openly, arms wrapped around themselves in utter humiliation.
