I am. I’m so angry.

I noticed the weather is suddenly colder.

And i start to feel weird again. The change in weather does this to me.

I remember that this always happens at the end of the year and I know it’s the weather causing it.

Then I remember that it’s not the end of the year Cos it starts to get hot then and this isn’t what’s happening.

And then I can’t remember when it actually is.

And then I can’t remember anything from last year. And I’m not sure it actually happened. I don’t know how I got here.

And I’m dissociating again. And I don’t feel ok.

And I feel lost.
