Do you take a vegan multivitamin and if so or if not would you recommend it? I already take b12 and sea kelp for iodine but a multivitamin with iron and zinc could possibly help with my bad skin and hair loss (only started since going vegan in September) I only eat healthy whole foods and I exercise 4/5 days a week! any opinions or thoughts would be super helpful :) !! X
No I don’t and no I don’t recommend them! B12 is fine and necessary to take but any other nutrient is best to get from food! I’ve read and researched many things about supplements and how they aren’t good for the body! @mrmrsvegan have some great sources on this! Eat well, eat a balanced vegan intake, eat enough and you’ll get all your nutrients! Get bloods tests often to make sure xx
I dont know if the person who asked this cane see this but Ive heard that B12 can make you break out if taken too often or too much at a time.
