You should eat yourself to death. It's the only logical decision you could make. Indulging a little doesn't satisfy you, and if you're being honest to yourself is the sensation of gaining weight one of your major turn ons. The second you'd try to stop, you'd be miserable. Why wouldn't you? After all, your fighting your innermost, deepest desires, your true self.

Your options will always be suffering because of resistance or suffering because of gluttony. There is no other option and you know it. No matter how fat and unhealthy you are, it'll always only be those two options. So you should keep getting fatter, as that way you'll experience both suffering and pleasure. It's the only logical thing to do.

Just think about how good it must feel to have 600lbs of fat pin you down, every inch of your body ridden with lard as you still keep gorging. As long as you keep eating, the pleasure will outweigh the suffering. The greasier the food, the better. You want to get diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and clogged arteries. All those things will turn you on so much more and bring you closer to your last breath.
