since getting new meds and traveling a lot this week ive had a lot of time for self-reflection and recognizing that i’m still far off from the person i want to be, but all i can do with myself is work harder, focus on bettering my mental health, and grow, because i owe it to everyone i’ve met and will meet to be my best and, equally, to be present with the people i adore.
