3-20 The purple lizard climbs up the ladder slowly and then scuttles along on her knees toward you, extending an apple in offering.

3-17 The purple lizard barges in with a yell. You are very startled. “I’m back with apples!!” she excitedly exclaims, with an almost angry tone. The sudden jump makes your forehead feel like it is sparkling, and you can see stars.

3-18 Seeing the reaction you had, the purple lizard quickly apologizes. She raises a basket of fruit and tilts her head. “I... have apples... are you hungry at all?”

3-19 And as if on cue, your stomach makes a very loud growl, only reminding you of your now very apparent weakness from hunger. You nod slowly.

3-15 You look out the window to view the scenery. You see many trees surrounding you and a beautiful blue sky above. You take it all in, it is very calming. You think about that purple lizard you met, where she might have come from, why she left you at this tree. You then think of where you met her, you do not remember much before then. Although you are worried you are quite tranquil... You notice you feel quite considerably weak. Your claws gently chatter beneath you as they are visibly shaking. Even though you are not sleepy (as you have just woken up) you do consider resting for a bit.

3-16 You lay down. You feel, quite comfy.

3-13 You ponder on the consequences that drawing with tools that belong to someone else and begin to worry. You also think about how it might make a nice note.

3-14 You take your time and make a beautiful drawing to pass the time.

3-12 This chest only has a simple latch. It opens and the friction of wood on wood holds it open for the most part. Inside there is a tiny box with extra paper, and charcoal sticks wrapped in smaller pieces of paper. On the side there is also a purple crayon, a purple geode crystal, and a weathered and used red screw driver. Next to those are some smaller blankets and a match book.

3-10 Both buttons move to the middle. Unfortunately the lid of the chest still wont budge.

3-11 The door is unlocked. The note is also still here.

3-9 You really want to get into this chest. But how can you look inside if you do not know how to open it?

3-8 Inspecting the chest shows that on the front of it are two buttons you can press inward. When one button is pressed the other is pushed out. After toying with it for a bit you realize you do not know how to open this chest.

3-6 You feel leaving this place would not be such a good idea. After all, if the purple lizard brought you here she will most likely be back. Especially considering the note.

3-7 While waiting for the purple lizard’s return you decide to inspect the room you are in. There is considerably low light in here. The only light sources being the window from the door to the north, the window to the west, and the many candles surrounding you. The exiting door has blinds rolled up above it, the door looks to swing inward toward you and a bristled mat is placed in front of it. A chair is placed next to the door on the west side of the room, and behind it when the door is opened. There is also another chair on the east side of the room next to the door. Also along the east wall of the room looks to be a long counter with many cuts on top, but no tools are visible to make such marks. Underneath it are two cupboard doors that swing outward. On the south side of the room there is another chair and a large chest. On the west side of the room there is a ladder placed to reach a small elevated area. This area has a small chest, guard rails to stop someone from falling from such a short height, and a small bed consisting of two different blankets (one being used as cushion and the other as covers), and a pillow. Both the floor and the ceiling of the room have rings as the inside of a tree would. The walls are also made of wood. All of the wood has a soft and smooth texture, almost glossy. It does not look like you will be getting any splinters or burning down the place anytime soon.

3-4 The purple lizard is not in the room with you. The room you are in is small. The only door in the room leads outside. There is a lot in this room but you first look around for a note.

3-5 You find a note on the door. It reads: ”Please stay here.”

3-1 You wake up slowly. The familiar and dulling fog fades slowly.

3-2 Taking a look outside, the sky is bright again. You must have slept through the night.

3-0 THE QUIET

Everything is hazy. You are in-doors now.

2-11 You are placed down. The floor beneath you is soft. Your head is clearing up, but you feel very tired. You decide to sleep for a bit. It is getting dark out after all.

2-7 You decide to attempt to stagger the purple lizard pulling you, by giving resistance and pulling back as well. Her grip and strength adjusts accordingly, but remains gentle still. She turns back to you with a weary gaze.

“What’s wrong?! The sun is almost set and i cant let you die out here!” She continues to insist on bringing you with her. The sky is in fact darkening, and very fast. There is a massive tree just up ahead. You start to remember something about a big tree being important, but you also remember that you feel very very weak. Your knees waver and make your steps dip and causing you to stumble.

2-8 You first begin to see black spots, then you feel your face muscles loosen and your head cock back. You fall.

2-9 You are carried.

The purple lizard picks you up and begins to jog, pulling you along. Though, her grip on you isn’t very tight, but is quite gentle in fact. Though you are worried, you can’t seem to drive yourself to pull away. This seems urgent.

The purple lizard turns back to look at the sky. She gets up hastily and helps you up as well. Her touch is warm. You open your mouth to ask for her na- “Sorry for a lack of an introduction but; we need to get to somewhere safer... I cant let you rest here.”

You are too startled to speak. The pretty purple lizard’s voice calms you a bit. She says you- “should rest some more with you looking so frail.”
