The Feelings Are Delicious blog lives on! @janieoctia is on Tiny M&M packet = Maximum Yay mode

May 7th. Back from holiday, resumption of emotional eating. Alas. Delish milk chocolate with pistachio and cranberries. Would you believe it was from Agnes B?
April 12th. Emotional breakfast? Kinda stressed out at how much leftovers I have in the fridge before I leave for an 15-day overseas trip. Here's the last of the apple crumble I made two weeks ago. A la mode.
April 11th. Still at the World Street Food congress. The dude from Bale Datung served up delicious sisig!
April 11th, 6:30pm. Top Chef winner Paul Qui manning his East Side King food truck at the Singapore World Street Food Congress 2015. The Kinilaw and the Chicken Inasal taco with green mango and fried chicken skin were dee. lish. PS. He looks even younger than how he looked on Top Chef. Emotional eating in good way today!
April 10th, 5:16pm. Sales has booze on Friday. Of course. Goes well with Doritos and getting over your problems.
April 10th, 5:15pm. Etee has a zillion launches on "Monday the 13th". Doritos to make the medicine go down.
Still April 9th, 5pm.
Wow, all temptations to forage for a snack in the midst of dealing with deadlines, booking photographers, and attacking that giant e-mail inbox are gone thanks to Spotify’s Throwback Thursday playlist.
It was the big hitters one after the other: “Hungry Like The Wolf,” “Like A Virgin,” “What’s Love Got to Do With it?”, “Do you really want to hurt me?” “Beat It”, “Burning Down The House”… so well-curated!
Is [GOOD] music the anti-emotional eating? Hurrah!
April 9th, 3:45pm. Of course, at 3:45pm. Polished off that same bag of banana chips I posted before.
Still April 8th. It was a day of major juggling. Almond Butterscotch cake from Ikea. Deliciousness for just 3 bucks!
April 8th, 11:37am. A little pre-lunch snack. Photoshop made me hungry. Mushroom aglio olio.
Still April 7th, 5:15pm. The sales team goes for Asian snacks: tamarind candy and seaweed wrapper. "Just come by the sales desk at 5pm!" they tell me.
April 7th, 3:30pm. Done with a client meeting. Llao llao queue was only four-person-deep today. Might as well try it now. You know what: it lives up to the hype. Thanks to Eunice for treating me, because I forgot my wallet! (I know… how do they even let me out of the house…)
Still April 6th, 5:15pm. A record third entry on one day. McDonald's is probably the king of Emotional Eating choices. Thanks for everything and nothing, sales team.
