Hi! We didn’t have one this time for quantity reasons (with the pandemic and all), but if we do a third wave we might do it again!
Also as an update, books and covers almost finished with production, they’ll be shipped to us by boat while merch finishes and is airmailed to us~
FEH Planner update!
Hello Summoners! A small shipping update- BASIC BUNDLES, PLANNER BUNDLES, and A PLUS SUPPORT BUNDLES and going to begin shipping on the 23rd. When the batches begin shipping, we will be manually sending you shipping confirmation and tracking information through BigCartel emails.
OTHER BUNDLES are in the process of being pre-packed, but pencil bags were delayed by customs and so will not be arriving until the 27th- in the meantime we will be preparing as much as we can to send orders out quickly and efficiently when they do arrive.
Shipping labels have now all been prepped! You should all have received an email through Stamps dot com, this is NOT shipping confirmation, but simply confirmation that your package now has a label! Your shipping confirmation will be sent through a BigCartel email!

Hi there! We currently have no plans to sell extras until such time has passed as to make sure that everyone who ordered a planner has received their copy safely. After that point we will discuss what to do with any surplus stock, but the only sure way to buy a planner at this point would be through the artists who ordered extra sale copies for 2020.

Heya! Just curious but would there be a specific date when these planners will be shipped out? Seeing all the previews on Twitter is making me SO excited haha! Everything looks so beautiful so far
Hey there! The planners are gonna be shipped in mid-to late December, with a hopeful arrival date of early January! We’re about halfway through the admin process for all the orders, so the planners should be officially going into production soon.
The last ask answered said preorders would be going to October 1st. Is there really no way to order this anymore? I was really excited for it but had to wait till my next paycheck
Hello! Unfortunately due to our small fulfillment team, we always had an order cap of 1000 books! We were hoping to give people more time to order, but we were already around 70 percent sold out when we announced the preorder closing date was going to be moved up, and then the pace of sales spiked again in the last few days. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, and some artists participating in the Planner have ordered a small number to sell at convention appearances in 2020!

Hello! Preorders have been shortened to end on the 1st of October due to the number of orders we have to process, but we may close earlier still if we sell out before the 1st! Currently we’re a but over 80 percent sold out, and preorders will not reopen later, so this is your only chance to order a bundle, although artists may choose to sell their merchandise individually later on, and a few artists who have participated have ordered a small number of planners at cost to sell at convention appearances.
hi! quick question about the seasonal charm thatll be made based on the voting gauntlet, will it only be included in the seasonal bundles or would we also get it if we order the full bundle? v excited for this project btw, everything looks great

Hi! Quick question, I was looking at the Seasonal Bundle and there’s a choice between the memopad and the lanyard. When given the option to choose it lists all of the seasons with the lanyard, but also seasons for the memopad? I was under the impression that the memopad was only between Robin and Soren (for example in the Tactician’s Bundle). Is this just a mistype or am I mistaken? Thanks for your time!
Hey there! You can choose between the lanyard or one memopad in that bundle, and people have specified which memopad they wanted in the order notes! For those who don’t specify, it will be a random memopad. Thanks so much, and I hope this helps! Sorry for the confusion with the bundle!

Hi there! All of the planner covers are made of gold embossed polyurethane faux leather, so it will look like leather, but it will not contain any animal products. Thank you!
Sorry to ask again, but for that 4 seasons bundle--is it just 1 postcard or 4 postcards? the photo indicates 4 but the text indicate 1.

Hi! I'm so happy preorders are finally open, but I have a quick question about one of the packages! I'm a bit confused as to why the 4 Seasons Bundle doesn't include the additional bonuses of the Seasonal Bundle. I was hoping to get all four seasonal stickers, but I don't understand why upgrading would lose the following: x1 memopad OR lanyard; your choice- x1 pencil bag OR stamp. Is there a reason that these were removed from the upgraded bundle? Thank you!
Hey there! That was our error, thanks for catching it! We’ve spent the last few hours since opening working out some minor kinks, but you should now be able to choose lanyard or memo pad when you order! The pencil bag or stamp is random, and cannot be selected in advance. Thank you!
