‘‘Mommy I want a goat!’’ Delaney squealed with a giggle as she ran her hand over one in the petting zoo. Felicity is a sweet and kind young woman but she doesn’t let you in right away.

She came into Frostford five years ago with her then baby girl, Delaney which makes her almost six herself. She needed to get away with a fresh start since her parents looked down on her being a young single mother. They wanted her to put the baby up for adoption. 

The father isn’t around and Felicity has to really trust someone to tell them the truth. She was flirting with a guy at a bar and she ended up leaving with him. He took advantage and raped her, even with her loud protests. Two weeks later after a missed period she was staring at the two pink lines.

Most of the town of Frostford have come to know Delaney very well, she’s a sweet young girl who has the brunette hair of her mother. 

Finally, she still has some flashbacks and signs of lingering PTSD. Depression has been diagnosed as well but she’s a compassionate woman even with everything she’s gone through.
