You cannot have one without the other, same as Light and Darkness. But, Maybe, Hope can subdue Despair. [AU where Robin accepted Grima as herself and two became one.]

That, Robin knew. She knew the fact well, as she had often searched for a place of peace. The flames always ended up destroying the things she longed for. 

Her other half was vying to surface, to destroy. Robin could not let her win, for the last time she had let her guard down... By Robin's own hand, she slaughtered her closest friends and scarred the rest.

The once tactician clenched her body, and a wave of dread washed over her. 

"One must never let despair win.. Hope.. The hope they taught me.. It will prevail."

After a few moments passed, the girl looked up, to see another being.

I am to go back to my 3ds and replay Fire Emblem (once again) (that would be the sixth time, would it not?) but it is very nice to meet you all! I hope we can interact and have fun. I've not role played in a while, so I may be slightly rusty, but I shall do my very best!

A fact I do not deny.

I could not control my other half. I dare say she thought it would it would ruin my resolve, and subsequently, my dominance, but it merely makes me wish for a better time. A time where I had the strength to stop her, and to protect my most important person.

Somewhere peaceful.

But what I wish is unimportant, for wherever I go, destruction follows.

I must stay, so that others may live in peace. Were I to mingle with them, my other half would undoubtedly find ways to surface.
