She curtly nodded. Malia hadn’t exactly had any one on one time with the
deputy before but she knew he was a GOOD GUY. It was difficult to have
to tell it all to him. There was deep STRAIN in her movements.
“They killed her. They injected her with something, I don’t know what,
and they killed her. One of them pinned me down. I couldn’t stop them.”
These [ men; creatures; MONSTERS ] had been stronger than her.
the more he hung out with the pack, the more he ASSOCIATED himself with
any situation that involved supernatural creatures. no, he wasn’t even sure what
he was capable of on his own, but he felt the need to HELP. he felt like he could
CONTRIBUTE to the pack now, but he missed out on one of the most STRESSFUL
nights they’ve had in a while. with a soft sigh, the deputy just nodded a bit and
offered a very slight smile in return.
