i was instructed to wear locking clothes each night.

this special jumper zips-up in the back and then can be locked with a timer (usually set to 8hr - you can see it next to my ponytail). they are then impossible to remove. this protects my protection from any fiddling, there's zero access.

here's how it looks in the morning - pretty obvious what's happened overnight. 🙈

sometimes, if i get up early or go to bed late, the jumper remains locked and i have to start my day anyway...

Happy Monday, everyone! 💙 I think it's a great evening to tape on a Tena and just hang around the house avoiding the heat, don't you? ☀️

I had such a lovely day today! I wandered around a garden with a friend and then treated myself to a cookies-and-cream milkshake and fries for lunch. (An elite combo). Now I'm making some lemon herb baked chicken and cauliflower for dinner. About to go dig in!
