I have checked dream meanings of two animals that I frequently dream to be:

- bird (esp ducks as I think I was a duck)

- panda

For the duck, the meaning suits my current state in life. I am supposed to success with something and I just did with getting my diagnosis.

For the panda, the meaning doesn't suit my current state. But looking at pandas makes me feel ... idk.. like I look at myself. Bears always have had this special feeling for some reason. It also would make sense why no bird clicks on long term.

so now i am confused. i might not be a bird or i might be both. but panda for me is a strong belief to just be.

Why is there only ONE popular therian creator who's chubby on yt. We need more representation. Im trying so hard to gain a following bc I want to be able to use my platform to educate others on alterhumanity, but its nearly impossible when I'm overweight. UGHHHH

I have seen many therian influencers, and most of them actually are built rather slim. It shouldn't have an effect on us at all. We're animals, and animals couldn't care less about beauty standards. I have a pudge, others are overweight, others again are underweight and then there's those with a weight within range. It is what it is. We're individual, that's what makes us perfect.

No, this is wrong. Lets look over the defenition of "identity" real quick—

Identity refers to the qualities, *beliefs*, *personality*, looks, and expressions that make a person or group who they are. It is a combination of self-awareness (*how you see yourself*) and social perception (*the roles you play and how others label you*). Said by Google, other sources linked to Google, other sites, my doctors, AND psychiatrist.

Alterhumanity share the same traits as what identity describes too.

• expressions that make them who they are

• belief

• personality traits

• how you see yourself

A mental therian usuallt can have a cat-like expression

A spiritual therian usually has their beliefs

A mental therian usually has personality traits of an animal

A physical therian is how they see themself.

Its okay to admit you find something weird, but calling others delusional for it is inherently harmful and disrespectful, and this can go for anyone.

And even if they were delusional, you don't need to demonize them for it.

I want to clear up some confusion on the last post. When I repost stuff, I sometimes tend to simply adapt the tags of the op. The last post had the tag "i'm transgender btw". That got some creatures confused, for a reason. I am not transgender, not that I know of at least. I'm a cisgender ace tomboy. :)

I hope this clears up the confusion!

Experiencing therianthropy offline is key for when you talk about your experiences online.

Part of what makes identifying as a non-human creature so wonderful is the diversity of experiences that others bring into the community.

Being a cat doesn’t look the same for every cat, for example. It’s easy to get swept up in trending songs that a popular cat therian is doing, but you aren’t required to participate as a cat yourself. Some cats don’t like fish, some cats work grueling full-time jobs, some cats identify as a cat and leave it as that.

The most powerful someone can be is at their most authentic self, and social media is a harsh landscape for being authentic. Success in numbers is a give and take - to be widely liked is to be a figure that can do no wrong, that can make everyone smile.

So don’t become taxidermy! Become alive, frothing at the mouth, let your fur be matted, let your eyes shine. Become imperfect, for the land only asks of you to live.

I AM MY KINTYPE. That's what non-humanity is about. It's not "a strong connection", it's not only a past life or an aesthetic, it's litterally all/any/some level(s) of your identity. Who you are. What you are. You absolutely can feel human to some extent, and that's OK. But if you don't feel like you ARE your kintype on any level (which disqualifies you from non-humanity), then you are just... human

And being a human isn't anything bad either. Don't try to fit on a label that's not suiting your experiences because you wanna be special, cause us therians are not. we're just different, individual - just as you are as a human!
