Aaah, I wanted to do this fanart for so long. I just improved my drawing, so I finally tried it out.
Backstory:
Haruko commissioned a painter to portrait her family because she wanted to save those moments forever. She knew she wouldn't live as long as Sukuna, so she wanted to leave him some evidence of the precious time they had together as a family, because she knew he would block it away from his memory.
On Sukuna's lap are the twins, Kentaro and Michiko. Michiko has Sukuna's hair but Haruko's eyes, and Kentaro has Harukos hair but Sukuna's eyes (he still has adorable cute baby eyes there, but by deeper look, it resembled Sukunas). They are almost 2 years old. Haruko is holding baby Kyo in her arms.
Deep down, she wanted him to wear a nice Kimono for the portrait, but decided to let him wear what he wanted, since it clearly shows that he wasn't really in the mood to pose for the portrait.
Those are only 3 kids of the 7 children they had.
