Found this piece I wrote in college the other day. We had 25 minutes to write our best personal philosophy on life, focusing on what our best foot forward was. Hope you like. Grammar is horrible but it was written quickly 🙃🤓 "Michael Ferrero's best foot forward " For me, and my own truth. Work hard, live hard, love hard. Eat your spinach, pay your bills, be kind to strangers and don't leave candles burning while you sleep..... As far as EVERYTHING else in between. Be yourself, love yourself, and broadcast yourself with fearless abandon in all you do...................... Learn to dance, learn a language, knit a sweater, play the ukulele, have some ice cream or be a ninja. Whatever that awesome complexly beautiful maniac of a person that is you, that can not be summed up in a profile or a box............................. Expand yourself, fill yourself, love your self and go do the things you like without apology or permission. Broadcasting your most authentic unapologetic self is the best and most logical action to put forth if your heart can not be contained. Your heart is your best compass to lead you to the things and people you want and love........................... It is a courageous endeavor to reveal so much. To broadcast so much of yourself that so many are scared to say, or have tragically just plain forgotten. Weather it be the steamy desires no one admits, or the vulnerable frailties people are to terrified to show. I say Hold it all up like a trophy . Bring yourself to the surface, and look deeper than the surface in others. That's the real deal Super Hero , Super power, major magic shit.................... This is what I think about and try and keep fresh and alive in my life. To never take lightly the search, the risk, the ride or the wow!!!

I think I figured it out 🤔As I grew from the grounds of the northeast, the mountains and forests stir something inside me. There's always something familiar that speaks to me there.
