So I lost 50lbs so far! Pics on left are before, right during. The pic on the right I'm -43lbs but I'll take an updated pic when I lose more weight. Also my handstands have improved too! I still can't wait until the day I can do a push up. It's the little things. (:

I was around there and now around 190 ish ^.^
210 start, dropped to 173, now I’m at 185.
Was 245 lbs, made it to 197 lbs, now about 211

The past couple times I've gone to the gym I've just felt amazing. I try to go earlier in the morning or at least before I eat lunch and I get a good sweat and also some good fat burning in (do my best to keep my heart rate under 145) and I've also been working on my arms a lot because it's summer and I don't want to be all flabby. Lol. Plus the more lean muscle I have the more calories I will burn doing nothing. Lol.
I'm at -43lbs. Trying to lose 7lbs more before my 21st birthday.
Let's get this straight, girls:
Cardio: Required for fat loss. HIIT is said to be the most effective cardio for fat loss.
Strength/Weight training: Required for toning and definition. You won’t get abs or lean-looking legs without strong muscles. Lift heavy.
Good nutrition: Required for all of the above. Always remember, 70% diet, 30% exercise. Keep your intake in check.
The “Beach Body” requires all three of these elements. No matter how much cardio you do, if you eat like shit and do no strength work, you will not get the toned, lean, slim body you are after. If you eat fantastically, but do zero exercise, your body won’t really do an awful lot of changing.

if you are losing weight and getting fit right now and you’re in college, with a job, in your late teens or early twenties, and you are not only struggling with the bullshit that goes with school and work but also trying to get in the best shape of your life while also simultaneously coping with the inner monologue in your head that won’t shut up about your imminent future as an adult in the real world, you get mad props from me.

This week has sucked. I've been PMSing and I even went to the gym but I feel bloated and really hungry all the time. I doesn't break my new lifestyle choice to be vegan and it's getting easier to not eat those bad things but I'm eating like potatoes and whole bundles of asparagus. And lots of beans in burritos with salsa. So much food. But still vegan. So done with my period now! And so hungry!
Don’t give up on yourself. Your body is worth the exercise. You are worth every rep, and every bead of sweat. And you deserve happiness and success and you have the potential to go beyond anything you’ve ever dreamed of. It might not feel like it, but the truth is, it’s inside of you!

Today at the gym. 30lbs lighter and better handstands. I'd say that's progress!
